Singers Elvis Costello, Sting and Seal will perform at a concert in Washington D.C. to celebrate U.S. President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration on 20 January (09).
The British stars will be joined by a host of celebrities at the unofficial inaugural ball to mark the historic occasion.
