Samuel L. Jackson Says “Oui” To Tarantino’s “Inglorious” Possibility
“Pulp Fiction” shot him to superstardom, he had a hilarious-but-intense role in “Jackie Brown,” and eagle-eyed fans might have even noticed Samuel J. Jackson behind the piano in a brief “Kill Bill” cameo. So now that Quentin Tarantino has his much-hyped script for “Inglorious Bastards” completed, and half the world has seemingly read it, will he be playing the role of African-American role?
“I called him to find out if I had to learn French or not!” Jackson laughed when we asked him t
Samuel L. Jackson: The Lost Titanic Screen Test
This is totally what James Cameron's Titanic would have sounded like directed by Quentin Tarantino and starring Samuel "mother effing" L. Jackson. Not sure why this guy is all over the Internet now, but I like it! Titanic totally would have benefited from this adrenaline shot to the eardrums! (Needless to say, languagewise, it's NSFW.)

Is Quentin Tarantino Compromising ‘Inglorious Bastards’?
When Quentin Tarantino made his bold statement at Cannes that he would be there in one year with Inglorious Bastards, everyone laughed and shook their heads saying “Ooh, Quentin, you rascal, you” and then continued about their business. Pretty much immediately after the amusing quote, Tarantino went and finished his script and then started casting and scouting locations like a mad man; this told us he was actually serious and was out to prove it.
So here we are. The movie is looking to start

Is Melanie Laurent Tarantino’s Very Cute Bastard Female Lead?
Has Quentin Tarantino found his Jewish Princess for his World War II talky slaughterfest aka “Inglorious Bastards”? Maybe, maybe not. According to the blokes over at Dark Horizons, who quotes a French movie site called Monsieur Cinema, French actress Melanie Laurent has indeed won a leading role in the film. Which could only mean one thing: she’ll be playing Shoshanna Dreyfus, a Jewish girl who is the only survivor of a bloody Nazi manhunt that claims the lives of her entire family, a sequ

Quentin Snags a Few More 'Bastards'
Bastards, bastards, bastards! The best part about Quentin Tarantino appropriating the title for his upcoming movie from Enzo Castellari's high-energy original is that I get to satisfy my inner 11-year-old and tell you all about the latest Inglorious Bastards withour fear of recrimination from parental figures. Diane Kruger is the highest-profile new bastard, according to Variety, joined by Christoph Waltz and writer / actor / comedian Paul Rust.

Review: Sukiyaki Western Django
Filed under: Action, New Releases, New in Theaters, Quentin Tarantino, Cinematical Indie, WesternBy chance, two Takashi Miike movies, Dead or Alive and Audition, opened in my town with in a week of one another in 2001. It was pretty eye opening seeing the huge difference between them, the speedy carnage of the former and the slow suspense of the latter, and I became an instant fan. Since then I've managed to track down just six more Miike movies, and in that same time he has made over forty (including video
Tarantino got Another BASTARD Girl
I’m following the development on the movie INGLORIOUS BASTARD because it fascinates me how Quentin Tarantino chooses one heartthrob star, Brad Pitt in the main role and then cast some of the ultimate freaks and geeks in Hollywood (Eli Roth, Mike Myers, Samm Levine, BJ Novak) and then some German actors (Til Schweiger, Christoph Waltz and Michael Fassbender) and then took a ‘hot’ route when it comes to casting the women.
Last month, Diane Kruger joined the cast of the story about a rogue b

Samuel L. Jackson, M. Night Shyamalan On The ‘Unbreakable’ Sequel That Never Was, But Might Be
Love his work or hate it, there’s no denying that M. Night Shyamalan always seems to be one step ahead of the curve with his films — from the twist no one saw coming in “The Sixth Sense,” to finding new ways to scare the crap outta moviegoers with “Signs” and “The Village.” And he was even years ahead of the current comic book movie boom (for better and for worse) when “Unbreakable” hit theaters back in 2000.
So that being said, is it time for Shy
