Mary-Kate Olsen: After Olsen refused to cooperate with investigators, a federal grand jury issued a subpoena as part of a criminal investigation into the source of the drugs that killed her close friend Heath Ledger, ABC News has learned.

The federal investigation into Ledger's death hit a roadblock in the form of the pint-sized actress. Sources close to the investigation said Olsen is the final witness in their investigation but has so far refused numerous requests to her lawyer Michael Miller to cooperate.

According to government sources, the subpoena was issued on April 23, but the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, which launched an investigation after Ledger's accidental death from a prescription drug cocktail, has not yet served Olsen with it. The agency and her lawyer are still trying to work out a deal in which the actress receives immunity in exchange for her cooperation.

Weekend Box Office: 'Dark Knight' Barrels Toward $400 Million
The weekend estimates have The Dark Knight edging out The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor for the #1 spot, with $43.8 million to The Mummy's $42.5. The ranking may well change by the time the actual figures come out Monday afternoon, but the important fact will remain: The Dark Knight has hauled in $395 million after merely 3 weekends of release. Its first two weekend drops -- 53% and 42% -- may not seem sensational, but for a film that opened to $158 million, those numbers aren't half bad. The movie is s

Final Tally for "The Dark Knight" is $158.3 Million
Everyone now knows that "The Dark Knight" set a record for the biggest weekend opening. But according to the final tally, the Sunday estimates of $155.3 million turned out to be a bit low. In reality, the film has brought in $158.3 million, creating an even bigger gap between itself and "Spider-Man 3," which was the previous record-holder at $151.1 million back in May 2007. The industry-record bow naturally yielded a studio high for Warner Bros. and personal bests for director Christopher Nolan and cast
