‘Reno 911!’ Death Still Unconfirmed
Earlier today, I had the opportunity to participate in an interview with the one and only Niecy Nash, star of Comedy Central’s ridiculous — and I mean that in such a good way — Reno 911!, not to mention the upcoming Fox fall sitcom Do Not Disturb.
I knew it would probably lead to nothing, especially considering the Q&A was in support of the Fox show. But how could I possibly pass up this unique chance to get some scoop on who died at the end of Reno 911!’s fifth-season finale,
Do Not Disturb: 1.01 ‘Work Sex’ Photos
The series begins tomorrow night at 9:30pm EST, immediately after the third-season premiere of ‘Til Death, although the first episode isn’t the pilot, which was postponed until later. Perhaps network executives think having “sex” in the title and lots of naughty dialogue will make viewers come running. Maybe, maybe not…

Fabulous Niecy Nash Talks ‘Do Not Disturb’
Let me just get this out of the way: I used to like Niecy Nash, but after a recent interview she graciously participated in to spread the word about her new Fox sitcom Do Not Disturb, I absolutely love her.
Do Not Disturb is a workplace comedy set at the posh and highly successful New York City hotel The Inn. The comedienne and actress probably most familiar to many TV watchers as Reno 911!’s straight-talking Deputy Raineesha Williams plays the more mainstream yet no less direct character Rhonda Peet

'911!' star Niecy Nash answers the call
Niecy Nash has spent the last five years splitting her time between Style Network’s reality series “Clean House” and the Comedy Central series “Reno 911!.”
But even she was unprepared for the demands of her new Fox sitcom, “Do Not Disturb” (debuting Wednesday night at 9:30 on WFXT, Ch. 25).
“ ‘Reno 911!’ is unscripted,” Nash said. “I show up to work and now I have a lot of words to memorize. I was like, ‘Wait a minute, you need
Fox Fall Pilot Review: Do Not Disturb - Premieres September 10; RTN Coming to Knoxville
Do Not Disturb is a workplace comedy set at one of New York City's hottest and hippest hotels: The Inn. Named one of the Big Apple's "10 Best Places to Stay," The Inn is just that -- the "in" place to be, with its chic décor, stylish staff and celebrity clientele. Behind the scenes, however, the upstairs/downstairs dynamic tells quite a different story.
The hotel's top-notch reputation and sophisticated look is due in large part to NEAL (Jerry O'Connell) -- at least in his opinion. Neal is the egotis
Exclusive Video Interview with 'Do Not Disturb' Stars Jerry O'Connell and Niecy Nash
The newest FOX sitcom Do No Disturb is full of potential. Premiering tonight at 9:30pm, Do Not Disturb is created by Abraham Higginbottom, a writer/producer from Arrested Development. With that pedigree, you might expect something more than another crude, off-color traditional sitcom. But based on the pilot (both the one that will air tonight, and the original which was entirely reshot), Do Not Disturb will need a lot of time, work and patience for it to live up to its creator.
The problem is not with
Bernie Mac Co-Star: "His Passing Is a Major Loss"

Mac, 50, died early Saturday morning, in a Chicago-area hospital, from complications due to pneumonia, his rep confirmed to Us. He had been admitted to a hospital August 1, but was expected to make a full recovery after a few weeks of treatment.

Critics Predict Early Closure for 'Do Not Disturb'
A day away from its premiere on Fox, critics haven't been kind to the new sitcom Do Not Disturb (Wednesday, 9:30pm). The series is a workplace comedy about an upscale New York City hotel and its employees who are supposedly too promiscuous for their own good.
Starring Jerry O'Connell as Neal, the general manager, Niecy Nash as Rhonda Peet, Molly Stanton as Nicole, and Jesse Ferguson as Larry, Do Not Disturb has been panned and described by something as harsh as “"it made my soul vomit&r

Queen Latifah almost did “The L Word”.
Queen Latifah has long been rumored to be gay, in part because she played a lesbian in 1996 movie Set It Off, and has never discussed her personal life.
The star is in no mood to clear up the speculation, but was tempted to add fuel to the fire with her latest release.
She tells RollingStone.com, “Since people want to play games, I like to jab back sometimes just for fun, but I’m like, ‘Nah, that’s too much energy wasted.’ The as-yet-unnamed LP is set for release in December.

Queen Latifah Returns to Hip-Hop With Dr. Dre on LP She Nearly Named “The L Word”
Queen Latifah considered naming her new hip-hop album The L Word “just to mess with people’s heads.” The New Jersey rapper/actress has endured much speculation about her sexuality because she doesn’t discuss her personal life and played a lesbian in the 1996 film Set It Off. “L was gonna stand for love though or La,” she laughs. “Since people want to play games, I like to jab back sometimes just for fun, but I’m like, ‘Nah, that’s too much energy w
