Video: Paul Rudd and Jason Segel in "I Love You, Man"

Paul Rudd: This could work. Paul Rudd and Jason Segel are teaming up for what is likely the very definition of a "bromance" in I Love You, Man. Rudd's playing a guy who realizes he doesn't really have any male friends and finds himself stuck for a best man for his wedding, so he sets out to find a hetero life mate. He eventually does so with Segel. Andy Samberg plays his brother, J.K. Simmons and Jane Curtin are his parents, Rashida Jones is the bride-to-be and we even get some Jaime Pressly and Thomas Lennon action as well. Check out the trailer for I Love You, Man right here on Fancast.

Movie Preview: I Love You, Man
In theory, I think the premise for I Love You, Man is funny and cute: A guy (Paul Rudd) gets engaged to his lady (Rashida Jones — yay for her having more movie roles!) but he doesn't have a best guy friend so he basically goes on a manfriend-hunt to lock down a best man for the wedding. The trailer features some funny folks (Jason Segel, Andy Samberg, Thomas Lennon) and people I just love seeing pretty much anytime (JK Simmons), and yet, it doesn't really make me laugh. Also (and I'm assumin

I Love You, Man Trailer Starring Paul Rudd and Jason Segel
Well, I think the bromantic comedy is now officially a genre, and I Love You, Man is the movie that settles it. Written and directed by John Hamburg (Along Came Polly), the flick is about a metrosexual guy (Paul Rudd) who has a lot of girl friends, but no close guy friends. When it comes time to choose a best man for his upcoming wedding, he has to go out and do a little male bonding. The movie co-stars Jason Segel, Jon Favreau, Andy Samberg, Rashida Jones, and yes, even Lou Ferrigno. The first

Sneak Peek at the Movie Trailer for I Love You, Man
Access Hollywood had a preview for Along Came Polly director John Hamburg’s new comedy I Love You, Man, which stars Paul Rudd as a newly engaged guy sets out to find the perfect “Best Man” for his wedding. The film costars Jason Segel, Jaime Pressly, Andy Samberg, Jon Favreau, and Rashida Jones. I guess I’ll have to wait until the real trailer is released before I start making judgements, but this preview is rather generic. I Love You, Man is scheduled to hit theaters on March 20th

I Love You, Man Trailer
Paul Rudd, it’s so hard to believe that you have trouble finding man-friends, or man-dates or bromance, or whatever buzz-word this movie wants so badly to create. Jason Segel seems to be a good fit for a friend, but we have a little trouble imagining that someone like Paul Rudd needs dudes to hang out with. We would totally hang out with Paul Rudd. Now, Paul Rudd who is engaged to Rashida Jones, that’s a whole ‘nother story. Can we even hang out with Paul Rudd without secretly hoping to c

Red Band Trailer for ‘Role Models’ is Here To Service Young Boys
It's been a pretty good summer for comedy, with flicks like Tropic Thunder and Pineapple Express being box-office hits as well as laugh-your-ass-off hysterical, but don't go picking your favorite of the year just yet... Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott may just prove to be the underdogs of the ...

Comedic “Role Models”
Ok, I’ll admit to being a little hard on comedies. So when I got a note to look into the upcoming film “Role Models,” starring Paul Rudd as Danny, and Seann William Scott as Wheeler, I was less than thrilled. Now - I like Rudd, ever since I first saw him as an island of sense in the most senseless movie ever “Clueless,” I’ve been hoping for more from the talent actor. Unfortunately Paul’s career after “Clueless” has had the actor in roles that can be described more as sidekick, rather tha

‘Role Models’ Red Band Trailer
The film stars Paul Rudd and Sean William Scott as employees of an enery drink company who get in a little trouble. They’re sentenced to do some community service by helping out in a Big Brothers/Big Sisters-type organization where things aren’t all cute and rewarding as we’re led to believe. Ooh, and Paul Rudd’s kid is totally McLovin! The movie’s original trailer looked pretty funny, but as is usual, this Red Band peek makes the movie look hilarious. Red-Band Trailer

Paul Rudd’s Son a Little Comedian
“He loves to say funny words; he’ll start talking about Yonkers, NY, and going [in a heavy New York accent], ‘Yonkers!’ He speaks with accents! It’s so funny.” I would love to see that! Movie Answer Man: Ridiculous, the people they letwrite movie reviews these days
Q. I recently came across a post on gawker.com which claimed to contain an excerpt from the worst movie review of all time. The review is for the new Paul Rudd comedy "Role Models" and was written by (name withheld) of FHMOnline.com. Could this be the worst review ever done by a "professional" writer? Also, the article claimed (name withheld) was paid handsomely for writing this drivel. What does that say about the state of film criticism in America when major critics are losing their jobs while rubbish lik

Pokemon Rip-Off To Ride Dragonball's Anime Coattails [Bakugan Battle Brawlers]
It's a cynical mix of Transformers and Pokemon, it's massive with kids and stoned students watching Cartoon Network and — barring a Christmas miracle — Bakugan Battle Brawlers will soon reach a theater near you.The Japanese cartoon series, which airs six times a week on Cartoon Network, ties in with a trading card game (complete with "magnetic spring-loaded miniature figures") - which just so happens to mirror the magical cards controlling the eponymous alien battle brawlers at the center of the cartoon

Trailer & Poster: ROLE MODELS
If I have anything good at all to say about the trailer, it’s that Paul Rudd has a great way of making me wanna see him on screen for two hours, no matter how bad the movie looks around him. Though I will admit it got a lot of laughs from me, maybe it was the swearing and in particular the kids swearing. There is just something immensely funnier about adding swear words to your comedy dialogue. Hell, Kevin Smith has kinda made a career out of it. We also have a poster to showcase… Sure the mov

THE ROOM: The Next Cult Film
If Paul Rudd, David Wain, Kristen Bell, David Cross, Jonah Hill and other comedians are obsessed with something, I'm interested. In the new ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY (out today, sadly the article is not online), there is a six (six!!!) page story about a 2003 film called THE ROOM. They call it one of the worst films ever made. Written, directed by and starring a guy by the name of Tommy Wiseau, the film has already become a new ROCKY HORROR, with audiences reciting lines and acting out scenes in the midnight scr

Paul Rudd Can Pee On Whatever He Wants
When you really love a person, you have to accept everything about them. So I'm willing to accept the new poster for Role Models, which depicts Paul Rudd vandalizing a charity poster by peeing on it. Let's hope the MPAA doesn't see this and turn Paul into a stick figure Zack And Miri style. Full poster after the jump. --> Leave a comment

Video of the Day: Stripper Pole Catfight
I’ve kind of always been fascinated by strippers. Every once in a while, when I get tired of living paycheck to paycheck, I dream with the idea of being a stripper raking in $3,000 a night.  Then I remember Paul Rudd and Jason Statham are not likely to be my clientele and the dream quickly vanishes. Anyhoo, here are two strippers going at it after one of them accuses the other of sabotaging her routine. I think. I honestly have no earthly idea what they are saying, but then again you don’t rea

Red Band Trailer for ROLE MODELS Plus New Poster!
The red band trailer for ROLE MODELS starring Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott has just hit the web!

Must Watch: Red Band Role Models Trailer
Another new trailer for Role Models has hit and this time it's red band! Unfortunately it's not red band for the reasons you think, but we'll let you see for yourselves. As you probably already know, Role Models stars Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott as two energy drink spokesmen who get sentenced to community service and are forced to mentor two crazy kids. I didn't think there were any more good comedies left this year, but Role Models looks great. McLovin is definitely going to be the highlight and I'm

Exclusive Red Band Clip: Role Models
In the hilarious R-rated comedy Role Models, Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott star as Danny and Wheeler — two salesmen who trash a company truck on an energy drink-fueled bender. Upon their arrest, the court gives them a choice: do hard time or spend 150 service hours with a mentorship program. After one day with the kids, however, jail doesn't look half bad.

Caution: Adorable When Wet
Even though basketball games are prime Hot Sauce-spotting events, we're thinking we're also going to have to give football games a shot. Check out Paul Rudd and Bill Hader braving the rain at the NY Jets game this weekend, ponchos and all. Hader is one of the few bright spots on SNL, but what really makes this photo steam is our man Paul Rudd. He's so adorable it's almost painful! We would do just about anything to get under Paul Rudd's slicker...and we mean anything!
