Val Kilmer: We have an exclusive clip from the upcoming film Felon, which hits theaters on July 18. Click below for your exclusive first look at this film, featuring Val Kilmer explaining his extensive collection of tattoos.

Wade Porter (Stephen Dorff) lives a modest but comfortable life with a young family, a fledgling business and a promising future ahead. But in an instant, his life, and that of everyone he loves is threatened and possibly gone forever when he's convicted of killing a man while protecting his fiancée, Laura (Marisol Nichols) and their three year old son. In just 24 hours, the unimaginable conditions of a new world order begin to take hold. Violence is the answer to everything and, even for Laura, what it means to fight for your life - alone - becomes all too real.

Sentenced to Corcoran State Prison, Wade ends up in a hellish facility run by Lt. William Jackson (Harold Perrineau), known as the SHU (Security Housing Unit) where the inmates are brutal but far less deadly than the guards. His cellmate, John Smith (Val Kilmer) is a stone cold prison legend, a 'lifer' and a man once devastated so completely that he has nothing left to lose and acts accordingly. An unlikely bond develops between the two men as Wade struggles to survive, having to put his own life - and the possibility of ever being freed - in relentless jeopardy.

ANNOUNCING Felon theatrical release
FELON Coming to theaters July 18th. I am proud of this film and I hope you will all go to see it. I said yes to the project because of New Mexico, Stephen, the Director, and the subject, which is gravely important. Every week in the U.S. we put 1,000 new people behind bars, yet we have the highest crime rate in the world. We are breeding criminals in this present arcane system. I encourage all to read about Canada's great reform system and compare it to ours. Peace, Val Check out Val Kilmer's Officia

Harold Perrineau clarifies the record on his departure from 'Lost': "I was disappointed...I wouldn't say I'm bitter."
Traitor. Desperate dad. Indestructible being. Tortured soul. Harold Perrineau's Michael Dawson has been many things on Lost, and apparently you can now add "dearly departed" to that list. Michael — who had returned to action earlier this year after vanishing on a boat at the end of season 2 — seemed to be among the casualties of the freighter explosion in the season 4 finale on May 29. If Michael’s demise raised some eyebrows, so did some comments that Perrineau made in a recent interview about his de

Interview: Harold Perrineau Dishes on his Lost Exit (Again)
Lost's breathtaking finale will no doubt have fans feverishly dissecting its innumerable puzzles until the show returns in early 2009. Locke (aka Jeremy Bentham) is in the coffin?! What "very bad things" happened after the Oceanic 6 left the island?? How in Jacob's name is Ben gonna help all of them — plus Locke! — get back there??? And exactly where did the former Others ringleader and that wacky frozen device move the island to? But at least one major character's fate was definitively sealed w

"The Thaw" Cast Updates
Steph Song (War), Anne Marie DeLuise (Black Christmas), Sebastian Gacki (Beyond Loch Ness) and Kyle Schmid (Joy Ride 2: Dead Ahead) are the latest actors to face a parasitic menace in Mark Lewis' The Thaw. Val Kilmer, Martha MacIsaac and Aaron Ashmore already star in this tale of excavation that unearths a global threat.

Tamblyn enlists with ABC's "Unusuals"
Amber Tamblyn, star of CBs' short-lived drama "Joan of Arcadia," has signed on as the female lead in the ABC pilot "The Unusuals." The comedy drama is set at a New York police precinct. Tamblyn will play a smart cop who also is the black sheep of her wealthy family. The actress returns to theaters in August with "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2." Already aboard "The Unusuals" are Harold Perrineau ("Lost") and Adam Goldberg, who recently appeared in a few episodes of HBO's "Entourage."

"24" Star Weds in Scientology Ceremony
Ivana Trump wasn't the only star who got hitched this weekend. 24 star Marisol Nichols, 34, married director Taron Lexton, 23, in a ceremony at the Church of Scientology's Celebrity Center in L.A. Sunday. Nichols, who plays Nadia Yassir on the hit Fox show, wore a rhinestone-encrusted white gown by Jenny Packham and Stuart Weitzman shoes. The bride and groom feasted on Mediterranean-style cuisine by L.A.'s Renaissance Restaurant at their reception, as well as a lemon- and coconut- layered cake (cre

Hello Friends
It's been a crazy busy couple of months and I haven't been on here very much, so, I have uploaded a bunch of pics that I have taken the past couple of months and hope they will help make up for my absence. I just saw Felon and I'm very proud of the film. It's one of the best films about the U.S.A. prison system ever made and the performances by my friends Stephen Dorff, Sam Shepard and many others are some of the best moments in their career. Felon is being released to DVD on August 12th and were going to t

ABC Adds More Hours to Lost
The 2009 and 2010 editions of ABC's "Lost" will be 17 hours each -- not 16 as previously planned, says The Hollywood Reporter. ABC has added two hours to the show's production plan because the WGA strike knocked three hours out of the current season. To partly compensate, the network recently added an additional hour to Part 2 of the season finale that airs May 29. All told, the changes will wrap up the show with the same number of episodes that producers and ABC negotiated last year. "We were supp

Heath's co-stars stoke Oscar buzz
The Oscar buzz for Heath Ledger's performance in ''The Dark Knight'' even has his co-stars in the new ''Batman'' film talking. During a chat with this column Friday in Los Angeles, the movie's lead -- Christian Bale, again playing Bruce Wayne/Batman, told me, ''When we were in Chicago filming, watching Heath creating his own unique take on the Joker was one of the most amazing things I've ever witnessed as an actor. ... We became so close making this film. I truly feel I've lost both a friend and great a

Roger Moore to produce Saint TV film
Original Saint star Roger Moore is to co-produce a new two-hour TV movie of the show, according to a report. The independently-produced pilot could be the basis of a new series, said industry paper The Hollywood Reporter. British actor James Purefoy, who starred in the BBC historical drama Rome, is said to be in talks to play leading character Simon Templar. Filming on the movie is expected to start next month in locations including Budapest and Puerto Rico. Simon Templar was brought back to the

Harold Perrineau joins ABC pilot
Harold Perrineau is staying on at ABC. On the heels of his exit from the network's hit drama "Lost," Perrineau has joined ABC's one-hour pilot presentation "The Unusuals." "The Unusuals," from Sony TV, is a dramedy set at a New York police precinct. Perrineau will play Det. Leo Banks who is always agitated and never takes off his Kevlar vest as he worries that he might die. After leaving "Lost" in the second season, Perrineau made a much-talked about return this spring that culminated with the
