Travis Barker is just one of two survivors of a learjet plane crash this September in which four people, the pilot, co-pilot, Barker’s assistant and his bodyguard, perished. Barker filed a lawsuit last week alleging that the plane was not airworthy and that the pilot should not have aborted the takeoff after the tires blew on the plane.
