Hip-hop artist Nas protests Fox coverage of Obama
Hip-hop artist Nas is protesting Fox News's coverage of Barack Obama. The rapper joined members of the activist groups MoveOn.org and ColorofChange.org to deliver more than 600,000 petitions Wednesday to the network's New York City headquarters. Nas, whose new album Untitled was released last week, said in a statement that "Fox poisons the country with racist propaganda and tries to call it news."

Nas Announces North American Tour
Following today’s release of his much anticipated Untitled album, Nas announced he will embark on a North American tour alongside Talib Kweli, Green Lantern and Jay Electronica. The Queens lyricist will primarily be visiting clubs and theaters beginning July 22 at the Metropolis in Montreal. In between his Jones Experience Tour, he will appear at the Rock The Bells Festival with A Tribe Called Quest and Raekwon.
