Jimmy Kimmel will be back once again to host ... [Everybody's A Winner]
Jimmy Kimmel will be back once again to host the still-kicking American Music Awards, which air Nov. 23. Nominations haven't been announced yet, but Pink and The Jonas Brothers have been announced as performers, so feel free to draw your own conclusions. Some of you may remember that last year's show opened with will.i.am and Nicole Scherzinger flogging their floptastic albums—and somehow, it got worse from there, thanks in no small part to Kimmel being forced to ad-lib his way through the writer-free
Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade gets live Rickroll’d… by Rick Astley
The last thing we expected was to get Rickrolled in the middle of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. But just when we thought we were going to be forced to listen to another minute of the Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends float’s musical number, Rick himself rolled the day.
Looking much older, and much less red, than he did 21 years ago, Rick Astley broke into what I was told by the kids was a very bad impression of Bloo, anyway, and started singing his singular huge 80s hit “Ne

Forest Whitaker Lives In ‘A Wonderful World’
There are movies that have the whiff of “multiple Oscar nominee” before they even begin shooting — and this is one of them. According to Variety, Forrest Whitaker is set to direct and star in “What a Wonderful World,” a biopic of the legendary Louis Armstrong — and he’s doing it for Paris-based Legende, the production company behind last year’s Oscar favorite, “La Vie en Rose.”
Music fans know that Louis Armstrong was an enormous influence on not

TMZ.com has uploaded video footage of former GUNS N' ROSES and current Velvet Revolver drummer Matt Sorum at the Los Angeles airport on his way to Toronto to perform at tonight's (Friday, November 28) Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards with guitarist Stevie Salas. When asked by the cameraman if he's heard the new GUNS N' ROSES album "Chinese Democracy" and what he thought of it, Sorum hesitated for a few seconds before replying, "It's a toe-tapper."
Sorum and Salas will be joined by Jara Slapbak on bass for
Video: Britney Spears’ first live performance in a year at the Bambi awards
The star, who picked up a special trophy for best international pop act, hasn’t performed on stage since her disastrous appearance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards.
Wearing an outfit seemingly inspired by friend Madonna’s tour costume, the singer seemed pretty much back to her best when it came to the dancing and … lipsyncing.
What do you think?

Britney Spears Performs At Germany’s Bambi Awards
The pop singer was dressed in a top hat, fishnets and a figure-hugging black outfit as she performed “Womanizer” at the awards show where she was honored as Best International Pop Star, by the German media.
Fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld presented the pop princess with the statue, which resembles a shining gold deer, but it was the pop star’s performance that attracted the most attention.
The performance, clips of which have already surfaced on YouTube, featured a host of “Circus&

The American Music Awards: A Seat Filler's Report
Having friends in high places is a definite perk to living and working in this crazy town they call Hollywood. Which is how I found myself on a Sunday afternoon with about 200 other fans in my trendiest Hollywood club attire, waiting to be bused to the Nokia Theater in downtown Los Angeles to serve as a seat filler at the 2008 American Music Awards.
Prior to this the largest awards show I had attended was my sister's high school graduation, so I had no idea what to expect. This being Hollywood however,

Britney Makes Her Comeback at the Bambi Awards
It’s a Thanksgiving miracle! Britney Spears made her “comeback performance” at the Bambi Awards in Dusseldorf last night, performing “Womanizer” to a house packed full of Germans. Just how a country who considers David Hasselhoff a musical genius ended up hosting a music awards show remains a mystery to me. Frankly, if it doesn’t involve “Farfegnugen” or “The Final Solution to the Jewish Question,” Germans should probably just stay the hell out
