This is a short documentary contrasting Presidential hopeful Barack Obama and Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson.
Barack Obama Listed As “Barack Osama” On Certain New York Ballots.
The Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s last name is spelled “Osama” on some 300 absentee ballots mailed out this week to voters in Rensselaer County.
One politician pointed out that the letters “s” and “b” are not in the same proximity on the keyboard.
“Of all the letters to hit by mistake,” County Democratic Chairman Tom Wade said. “Unfortunately it is a mistake which negatively impacts our Democratic candidate for president.”

Vera Barker: Vera Barker & Barack Obama
What is Vera Barker’s link with Barack Obama? Vera Barker was listed in the FEC Senate campaign records as “Finance Director.” Some people in Chicago alleged Vera Barker was Obama’s Finance Director for his 2004 Senate campaign. However, the researchers found that Claire Serdiuk was listed as the Finance Director for Obama’s 2004 campaign. Vera Barker was not listed online together with Claire Serdiuk. How can both women be Finance Directors?
When there was buzz about Vera Barker, Barker was th
Obama, flush with cash, buys up primetime network TV
Well it looks like Barack Obama can have the stage all to himself after all — and he doesn’t need John McCain to suspend his campaign to do it. The Democratic nominee for President is going the route of Matthew Lesko, Miss Cleo and Richard Simmons. He’s doing an infomercial.
Prime time
The Obama campaign is buying up the equivalent of waterfront property on the airwaves, purchasing 30-minute blocks of prime time on CBS and NBC. Expensive? Very. Although campaigns receive discounte
I don’t usually chat about politics
But this video really got under my skin. I have not talked about my particular vote in this election or who I believe or don’t believe. I post little random tidbits because quite frankly I feel everyone should be allowed to vote for who they think would do the best job possible.
But then I see a video like this and it really disturbs me. No wonder our Country can not move forward because a lot of people are still living in the past. I feel very strongly that if we don’t learn from the past

Obama: Coming Up For Ayers
Voters are cynical. Obama doesn’t want them to be, implores them not to be at almost every campaign stop, yet in this episode he benefits from their cynicism. If [he] weathers the Ayers controversy, it will be in part because voters judge his association with Ayers, and his weak answers about that association, to be nothing more than a politician’s garden-variety duplicity…
Obama has not been candid. When asked about Ayers in a debate, he said he was “a guy who lives in my neighbo
Obama knocks on doors, surprises voters
Barack Obama jetted back to Ohio today to spend three days preparing for his final debate with John McCain. But before he holed up with his advisers, the candidate began knocking on doors in Holland, Ohio, making his way through a neighborhood of modest ranch and split-level homes.
His move to the Toledo area comes as a new Ohio Newspaper poll puts the race at a dead heat, 48-46 for McCain. That's tightened considerably since the group's September survey had Obama down six points, 48-42.

Nancy Pelosi for president?
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's speech to Congress about the financial bailout proposal was so spot-on, so intelligent, so full of common sense and perspective that some are crediting the California Democrat with stopping the $700-billion Bush bailout bill in its tracks. Watch these videos and see if you don't wish this woman was running for president. Or at least vice president. Obama/Pelosi might have been such a winning ticket that we could have been spared this spectacular flame-out of Alaska Gov. S
Sarah Palin: Obama Has "Left Behind Even The Middle Ground When It Comes To The Issue Of Life" [Roe Vs. World]
Behind in the polls and perhaps looking for a way to connect with voters without resorting to Barack Obama "is palling around a terrorist" speech she gave last week, Gov. Sarah Palin has shifted her focus to abortion, referring to Senator Obama as a "radical" who has "left behind even the middle ground when it comes to the issue of life" at a rally in Jonestown, PA yesterday. "In times like these with wars and financial crisis, I know that it may be easy to forget even as deep and abiding a concern as the r

McCain Feels The Fury Of His Own Supporters After Calling Obama A 'Decent Person' [They Weren't Saying Boo-Urns]
At a rally in Lakeville, Minnesota last night, Senator John McCain attempted to calm his supporters' fears by assuring them that Senator Barack Obama is, indeed, a "decent person and a person that you do not have to be scared of as president of the United States." How did the crowd respond? They booed, of course. For when you create a culture of supporters who enjoying spewing venom, you can't control when, where, and at whom they are going to spew it.
The crowd was clearly upset that McCain h
Bailout 0 – American Public 1: Why is there Talk of Blame?
The bailout plan wasn’t going to help the majority of Americans. Anyone paying taxes was going to take a hit financially to bail out companies whose executives have been living a life that the average taxpayer only dreams about. Of course the public weren’t happy. Well the House voted and lookee here, the people won! Why are the parties talking about blame? I’m confused! There is no blame. There is a sense of relief the system works, that nothing should be taken as a foregone conclus

Palin On Obama: "Unconditional Support For Unlimited Abortion"
Governor Sarah Palin launched a harsh, frontal attack against Barack Obama on Saturday for the Senator's position on abortion rights. MCCAIN’S ANGRY MOB PUSHBACK, PT. 2
The other big news of Friday evening, besides the finding that Sarah Palin abused the power of her office in the Troopergate scandal, is that John McCain, for the first time, after a full week of media coverage, has finally weighed in on hate-filled, sometimes murderous rhetoric that has been heard at McCain-Palin campaign events this week.
I’ll have more thoughts on this over the weekend. Till then, the video — kind of a must see – of McCain asking his supporters to “be res
Let's Take A Look-See At The Ol' Electoral Map...
While it's still possible that the McCain-Obama race could end in an electoral college tie, it's much more likely that the race will go solidly for one ticket or the other. However, as Andy Sullivan puts it at Reuters:If McCain wins Virginia, New Hampshire, Florida and Ohio but loses Pennsylvania, Colorado, New Mexico and Iowa to Obama, both candidates could end up with 269 electoral votes. When put that way, it seems much more realistic that the election won't be decided by voters. Dearest Wonkette readers. Now would be an appropriate time to grab a drink and reassess the value of, you know, representative democracy as an effective form of government at all. Congress's techies working overtime to keep site up [Politics]
The world showed up on the doorstep of the House of Representatives as news came out that the bailout bill failed in congress. Or at least, they showed up to the Web site house.gov, which has been intermittently available and running slow due to massive traffic. "Our computer people aren't going anywhere," spokesperson Jeff Ventura promised. So if you wanted to send speaker Nancy Pelosi a note, maybe send a fax or write an actual letter instead.
