Harrison Ford: We’ve known that George Lucas—who apparently chews on fanboy disappointment like Popeye does spinach—is considering another Indiana Jones sequel, even though a proposed Mutt Williams torch-passing seems more and more unlikely (and hokey). Harrison Ford expressed interest over the summer in making an Indiana Jones 5, and preferably sooner than later. The actor’s stance hasn’t changed. He chatted with Hero Complex and gave this New Age-y update…

“Really, [another sequel] comes from the ethos, from the ether. It’s natural. It’s a way of nature, of course, success breed opportunities … also we don’t stay as closely in contact as have in the last year, that’s part of Read full story at /Film

Harrison Ford said Friday that momentum is building for a fifth movie in the “Indiana Jones” franchise and that George Lucas is already cooking up a suitable plot for a heroic senior citizen with a penchant for whips and fedoras. “It’s crazy but great,” the 66-year-old Ford said. “George is in think mode right now.” “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” grossed $318 million in the U.S. alone and $770 million worldwide and is expected to

Lucas’ INDIANA JONES 5 ‘Think Mode’
Harrison Ford a.k.a the now old and slow Indiana Jones talked to LA Times recently and revealed that one of the people behind the archeologist hero character, George Lucas has begun his job of thinking to find the right story for the next installment… “It’s crazy but great,” the 66-year-old Ford said. “George is in think mode right now.” “It’s automatic, really, we did well with the last one and with that having done well and been a positive experience, it&#

Beat Ben @ the Box Office: Eye on Shia (E! Online)
E! Online - The boy Shia is a beast at the box office. His last two flicks were Indy Jones and Transformers, both massive hits (and, yes, would have been even if LaBeouf hadn't starred alongside Harrison Ford and Optimus Prime). Before that, though, Shia fronted a little movie called Disturbia which, despite being produced by Steven Spielberg, shocked the industry by holding the No. 1 box-office spot three weekends in a row.

Harrison Ford All But Confirms 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of the $100 Million Payday' [The End Of Ideas]
It would be too easy to say that Harrison Ford hit the Crystal Head Vodka a little hard before today's interview at the LA Times; how else to explain his eagerness to jump aboard Indiana Jones 5 so soon after the franchise's fourth installment? He's 66! George Lucas can't settle on a script! And Shia still has months of recovery ahead for his pinkie and balls. All signs but the dollar say "stop," but that's all the actor apparently needed to wax fantastic about the potential pouring forth everywhere from th

Harrison Ford says George Lucas in “think mode” for INDY V
One thing’s for sure, it won’t be twenty years until we see another INDIANA JONES film with Harrison Ford as the whip cracking adventurer. It’s going to be soon, likely within the next four years, or never again with the aging star who at 66, can’t have that many years left in the tank to lead a summer tentpole spectacular. Ford told The L.A. Times on Friday that Lucas was “in think mode” for a fifth INDY film, a movie that Spielberg, Lucas & Ford have continuously s

Harrison Ford: George Lucas writes Indiana Jones 5
George Lucas is writing Indiana Jones 5. This is because Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull made $317 million in US alone and $783 million overseas. Harrison Ford Talks Indiana Jones 5
Harrison Ford spoke with the LA Times today revealing that George Lucas is thinking up a story for the next installment to the Indiana Jones franchise. Harrison says: “It’s crazy but great” Well I for one, think the opposite.   It’s not crazy because Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull made a ton of money. George Lucas likes said money and likes continuing his two biggest franchises (even if they are getting worse by doing so). It’s also not g

Indiana Jones 4 was a fun movie. It did not quite have the magic for me that the first films did but it was a fun action tale that brought back a familiar character many of us love. Harrison Ford told the LA Times that indeed Indiana Jones 5 is coming. “It’s crazy but great. … George is in think mode right now” about Indy V. Ford continued, “It’s automatic, really, we did well with the last one and with that having done well and been a positive experience, it’s not

Harrison Ford Talks Indiana Jones 5
I did not hate Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I was disappointed by it. I don’t consider it worthy of the Indiana Jones name, but I admit on a couple of levels I had some fun with it and thought it was “ok”. However, when you put the name “Indiana Jones” on the poster, “ok” is NOT good enough. Most people seem to agree, or thought even more negatively about the film. Still, even with the lukewarm to hostile reception, Indiana Jones 4 made

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull has made $783 million worldwide, and is expected to add more $$$ when it is released on DVD and Blu-Ray on October 14th.
