Emmy Awards 2008: red carpet commentary
As one of the hosts of the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards last night, Heidi Klum got to indulge in more costume changes than most of the celebrities at the ceremony - and hit the mark more often than not.
Her gunmetal grey Armani Privé gown, which she wore for the red carpet itself, stood out from crowd with its unusual shape but still hit the popular “assymetric” and “ooh glam!” trends. Ditto the grey and yellow gown she wore on stage early on in the ceremony, which hugged her figu

The Ladies Pop and Shine on the Emmys Red Carpet
The ladies were bursting with color and sparkle at last night's Emmy Awards. Christina Applegate looked positively radiant and was the talk of the night — smiley, happy and healthy. Mary Louise Parker was the most eye catching of all in her bright blue number though you all were fairly divided on the look while Brooke Shields lived up to the name of her show in Lipstick pink. Heidi Klum went dramatic while Eva Longoria was all tied up in a bow with Tony on her arm. Debra Messing was one of Fab's best dres

Desperate Housewives Present at the 2008 Emmys
The ladies of Desperate Housewives - Dana Delany, Marcia Cross, Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman and Nicollette Sheridan - presented at the 2008 Emmys and they looked fabulous. I watched a little bit of the Emmys, but did not see them.
Check out the Wisteria Lane women and tell me whose dress is your favorite. I thought Nicollette’s was pretty darn glamorous.

2008 Emmy Awards: Best Dressed
The 2008 Emmys churned out a grand selection of gowns. But when it came to favorites, your votes went to either the light and lovely looks or the dark and mysterious ones. While there was color on the red carpet, the most stunning looks didn't need the help of a hue. My heart goes to Olivia Wilde in romantic Reem Acra, but also Debra Messing in dramatic Monique Lhuillier. Night and day, day and night. Which of these salt and peppered looks was the grandest of all?

Meg Ryan-Get The Heck Out Of Hollywood
Meg Ryan's new movie The Women is out in the theater, but she feels that she'll never quite as popular as she was.You can never go back. Meg is okay with that. She doesn't have any desire to play any of the roles she used to play. She said, "I think when
Hollywood is done with me, I will probably be done with it. I'm not
interested in playing those stock characters any more and I don't feel
sad that I don't get those kind of offers." When Meg Ryan hears t
2008 Emmy Women: Hayden Panettiere Is Black And Blue
I think that Hayden Panettiere might have been the only Heroes castmember I recognized at the Emmys. With boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia
nowhere in sight, Hayden looked elegant, yet age appropriate in a
midnight blue gown with black beaded trim. I really love her dress.
Evangeline Lilly was another woman whose gown I absolutely
loved. I feel like the color of the dress was just perfect for her skin
tone and the architectural design of the detailing was a perfect fit on
the athletic physique of the Lost star.
At the Emmys: Debra Messing Is Shutting It Down It’s Bananas
Oh, dear God. Rachel Zoe, this is all you, isn’t it? I die. D.I.E. Debra Messing is killing it. I swear, this exaggerated black-fairy tutu is shutting it down, seriously. BANANAS. You’re so right about the fairy wand; it would’ve been too much. You’re so GOOD.

Debra Messing's advice on looking good on the red carpet -- and just what does it mean to win an Emmy?
Debra Messing wins raves for the way she looks on the red carpet. Her advice?
"Hire a stylist," she says, with a laugh.
The "Will & Grace" star has a down-to-earth approach to the glamour routine, which helps explain why she carries it off. Keep her mind when you're watching the Emmy elite at Sunday's event, which starts at 8 p.m. on WFTV-Channel 9.
"For me, it's just play dressup," Messing says. "I think every little girl, who was like 5 or 6, used to like to go

'Nothing Like the Holidays' gets a trailer
The trailers for the first Christmas flicks this year really start to pour in this week, and Yahoo! recently posted the preview for Alfredo De Villa's "Nothing Like the Holidays," which follows a family struggling with all kinds of troubles and surprises during Christmas time.
John Leguizamo, Debra Messing, Freddy Rodriguez, Melonie Diaz, Jay Hernandez and Luis Guzmán star. "Nothing Like the Holidays" opens Nov. 21, 2008. Somehow I feel I've seen this specific kind of movie many many times before. Oh wel

A Posh Party with Costumed Kids for Heidi's Henry
Heidi Klum quickly went from Project Runway host with a NY Fashion Week show (season finale show spoilers) to busy mom hosting a celebrity babies bonanza at her house in LA on Saturday. It was her son Henry's third birthday and, like most Klum-Samuel affairs, costumes were required! Debra Messing brought along her son, Roman, while Victoria Beckham arrived with her youngest, Cruz. Even Kingston Rossdale was able to fit the celebration into his busy schedule, stopping by after he hit up Jayden James and Sea
Emmy Awards Fashion
Debra Messing - Is Rachel Zoe still styling for her? That dress is a bit too wide.
America Ferrera - This whole look is a bit too dark, almost sort of gothic. That dress has waaay too much volume, especially at that length.
Evangeline Lilly - Hmmmm…maybe not my favorite gown, but overall she looks good!
