Sarah Palin: Despite what candidate Chris Daggett is claiming, I have never contacted him or his campaign. I have never asked him to drop out of the NJ Governor's race. Now, if a politician is going to play loose with facts like this, the electorate needs to know it. So, to the good people of New Jersey, please know that Daggett's claims are false. I've never even suggested he should drop out of the race. But, come to think of it… - Sarah Palin Read full story at Facebook

A year ago in St. Louis. They're back at it today. ( J. Scott Applewhite / AP ) By Mark Memmott Vice President Joe Biden and the woman who ran against him last year did some long-distance sparing today. Biden, at a rally for New York congressional Democratic contender Bill Owens, took a verbal shot at former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, who's a supporter of Conservative Party nominee Doug Hoffman in Tuesday's crazy special election for New York's 23rd district (where Republican nominee Dede...

Robo-Palin Gets Into Va. Gov's Race
Virginia voters are getting recorded advice from Sarah Palin on how to vote in tomorrow’s gubernatorial election. The former Alaska Governor’s robocall doesn’t mention GOP candidate Bob McDonnell by name—he’s been loath to accept support from the polarizing figure—but the message appears clear, CNN reports. “Vote to share our principles,” the message goes. “Vote your values on Tuesday.”

Do You Believe Levi Johnston? What Side Are You On?: PHOTO
On "The Insider" tonight, Levi Johnston is dropping some bombshells about former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and her family. No question was off limits for "The Insider" panel as they grilled the 19-year-old father to Palin's grandson Tripp with shocking questions about Palin's youngest child and whether she ever hit on Johnston. Palin Smacks N.J. Candidate for Dropout Claim
Sarah Palin is chiding Chris Daggett, an independent candidate for Governor of New Jersey, for inaccurately claiming Sunday morning on MSNBC that she had urged him to drop his third-party bid. “Despite what candidate Chris Daggett is claiming, I have never contacted him or his campaign,” wrote Palin Sunday on her Facebook page. “I have never asked him to drop out of the NJ Governor's race. Now, if a politician is going to play loose with facts like this, the electorate needs to know...

Doug, Baby, Doug! -- By: Mark Steyn: PHOTO
That's the way Sarah Palin should have phrased it on Facebook, Kathryn. Incidentally, it's not just the Associated Press that's pre-emptively dismissing any Republican victories on the morrow as a mere dead-cat bounce on the plummet into the abyss. So is the proprietor of the former New Majority . We shall see. For my own part, I'm glad voters in NY-23 now have a real choice instead of finding themselves in a two-party system of Dem and Demmer. My DIABLO tag - Democrat In All But Label Only -...

NY-23: How Sarah Palin Stands to Win (and Charlie Crist Stands to Lose): PHOTO
Much has been made over the special election in New York's 23 rd Congressional District. For some, the attention might seem a bit much, given that it is merely one of 435 House seats. In reality, this race is about much more than one House seat. It is a proxy battle in the long-running war between establishment Republicans and grassroots conservatives. Although GOP candidate Dede Scozzafava endorsed the Democrat over Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman, after quitting the race with three...

Palin's GOP Brand: Exclusionary and Short-Sighted, But Who Will Stop It?: PHOTO
It's one thing when Sarah Palin "goes rogue" as a candidate campaigning for herself and her running-mate. It's another thing entirely when she does it as the charismatic, free-lance leader of a grassroots army. There's a direct line between Palin, the most famous Republican to endorse conservative third-party congressional candidate Doug Hoffman in Tuesday's special election in New York, and moderate Republican assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava's stunning decision Saturday to suspend her campaign....

It's on: Palin vs. Biden on energy: PHOTO
Something spicy from this morning’s sparsely attended rally for Owens in NY-23. In one corner: A widely disliked dimwit who came to national prominence on last year’s ticket. In the other corner: Sarah Palin. Evidently she’s embraced a rapid response strategy to her critics because this makes twice in two days where some charge leveled against her was answered within hours on Facebook : As the vice president knows, I have always advocated an all-of-the-above approach to...

NJ Governor's Race Down To The Wire
TRENTON, N.J. — New Jersey's candidates for Governor darted through the state on the last day of a campaign being billed as a vote on President Barack Obama's popularity. Republicans have not won statewide in New Jersey in a dozen years. Polls show the race a tossup heading...

In doing so, Obama raised the stakes of...

Palin Campaigns For McDonnell In Secret Roguish Manner, McDonnell Terrified: VIDEO
See what’s going on above? That would be Bob McDonnell crushing the dickens out of Creigh Deeds, in Virginia. Fine, go ahead, win tomorrow, anything to get these dreadful four-per-commercial-break ads (”I will fix the roads” “No I will fix the roads” “You hate women” “I will fix the women and roads,” etc. ) off the air. And how has McDonnell built up such a lead? By not accepting any of Sarah Palin’s offers to campaign with him, for...

WHO WON THE DAY?: Chris Stirewalt on NY-23 Election
Of tomorrow's four major races -- New Jersey Governor , Virginia Governor , New York City mayor, and New York 23rd Congressional district --the last is the smallest but carries the widest national significance. A nationwide grassroots conservative movement, propelled by conservative bloggers, ousted official Republican nominee Dede Scozzafava and led an informal Fundraising drive for third-party candidate Doug Hoffman. Now Hoffman, who has gained the support of Sarah Palin and other party...
