From 90210 To Gotham City? Brian Austin Green Makes Pitch For Riddler Casting
With all the campaign talk, it's starting to feel like an election year: Johnny Depp for the Riddler, Angelina Jolie versus Maggie Gyllenhaal returning from the dead for Catwoman.
But there's a dark horse who wants to get his name on the ballot - a name you might not expect - for the part of Mr. Ed Nygma, should the villain get a role in the next Batman film.
"I would love to be the Riddler," Brian Austin Green told MTV News.
In case you're thinking "WTF? David Silver?" - let us remind you that in
OLSEN TO HEATH FEDS: LET'S DEAL
Pint-size actress Mary-Kate Olsen has refused to be interviewed by federal investigators probing the accidental drug death of her close friend Heath Ledger unless she receives immunity from prosecution, The Post has learned.
The actress' lawyer has repeatedly rebuffed attempts by the feds to question Olsen, who was the first person called after her masseuse discovered Ledger's body in his SoHo apartment in January.
Frustrated federal officials could obtain a grand-jury subpoena to compel the funky "Fu

Lil’ Wayne is gettin a little big headed…He was supposed to make an appearance @ th Tribe Hyper Club in Montreal. There’s not telling whether or not he was to perform since he’s bigger than night clubs. Still, promoters at the club told people all night he was on his way. A bouncer even said Wayne was at the airport on his way there. Never showed up. Now, they say Wayne was to do another show on the 30th. I hope he makes it, because fans are quick to go from hurt to anger…

Lawyer: Mary-Kate Olsen Had 'Nothing to Do' with Heath Ledger's Drugs
Mary-Kate Olsen doesn't know where Heath Ledger got the drugs that killed him, and has already provided investigators with "relevant information," her lawyer says in a statement.
"Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them," said the statement from attorney Michael C. Miller on Monday.
Mary-Kate to be subpoenaed in Heath Ledger death
As the investigation surrounding Heath Ledger's accidental overdose continues, the federal Drug Enforcement Administration office in New York has confirmed to "Access Hollywood" that they have issued a subpoena that would force Mary-Kate Olsen to testify in front of a grand jury.
Five medications were found in Ledger's body at the time of his death, according to the DEA, three of which he'd obtained via doctors in Texas and Los Angeles. At the center of the investigation is how he acquired Oxycontin and

What Does Olsen Know About Heath's Death?
After Olsen refused to cooperate with investigators, a federal grand jury issued a subpoena as part of a criminal investigation into the source of the drugs that killed her close friend Heath Ledger, ABC News has learned.
The federal investigation into Ledger's death hit a roadblock in the form of the pint-sized actress. Sources close to the investigation said Olsen is the final witness in their investigation but has so far refused numerous requests to her lawyer Michael Miller to cooperate.

HEATH LEDGER - LEDGER'S DEATH SHOWS RISING PRESCRIPTION DRUG USE

The Dark Knight star was found dead in his New York City apartment on January 22nd having ingested a fatal combination of sleeping tablets and painkillers.

Could The Dark Knight Sink the Titanic?
Could The Dark Knight overtake Titanic to become the largest grossing domestic movie of all time? In just 13 days, The Dark Knight has taken in over $342.6 million domestically, and another $128.3 million internationally. The film is already in the top 15 films of all time, and is adding millions more each day. But will Batman be able to top Titanic’s $600.7 million record? Box office analysts admit that it isn’t out of the question. Most people expect the film to take in at least another $80 million, b
Weekend Box Office: 'Dark Knight' Barrels Toward $400 Million
The weekend estimates have The Dark Knight edging out The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor for the #1 spot, with $43.8 million to The Mummy's $42.5. The ranking may well change by the time the actual figures come out Monday afternoon, but the important fact will remain: The Dark Knight has hauled in $395 million after merely 3 weekends of release. Its first two weekend drops -- 53% and 42% -- may not seem sensational, but for a film that opened to $158 million, those numbers aren't half bad. The movie is s
Terry Gilliam: Ledger 'brilliant' in last film
Director Terry Gilliam said replacing Heath Ledger's part with three actors to complete his final film after he died has worked.
Filming of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus was suspended when the star was found dead in January.
Jude Law, Johnny Depp and Colin Farrell will now appear as Ledger's character, but scenes he had previously filmed will be included in the movie.
"I've seen it and it works and it's great," said Gilliam.
"It's the last chance to see Heath and he's brilliant," he ad
Feds Officially Close Heath Ledger Investigation
The U.S. Attorney's Office closed its investigation into Heath Ledger's accidental overdose death and will not enforce a subpoena against Mary-Kate Olsen, a law-enforcement source tells PEOPLE.
The probe was closed without any charges being filed.
Olsen, 22, was subpoenaed by a federal grand jury on April 23, but her attorney had been in negotiations with federal authorities since then, the source says.
Olsen had wanted immunity before testifying. Olsen's attorney released a statement saying the
Batman won't catch "Titanic"
Will "Titanic" ever lose its berth as the biggest movie of all time? "The Dark Knight" is racing up the ranks, but the Batman sequel will stall at No. 2 with about $510 million to $520 million, Warner Bros. Pictures predicts.
That's far from the $601 million haul of "Titanic," which set sail in December 1997. (Adjusted for inflation, both movies are dwarfed by the $1.4 billion haul for 1939's "Gone with the Wind").
The buoyancy of "Titanic" is traceable to teenage girls from Toledo to Tokyo to Timbuk
Heath's tot gets aid from stars
THE three stars who completed Heath Ledger’s final film role have donated their pay to his two-year-old daughter.
Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell were worried for Matilda’s future as Heath left an old will which did not include the girl.
They played versions of his character Tim in fantasy epic The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus.
Director Terry Gilliam, 67, said: “They didn’t take money — it goes to Heath’s daughter.
“That’s extraordinary! And wonderful . . . and when you

'Dark Knight' on top for 4th week
“The Dark Knight” staged a comeback Saturday to emerge victorious for the fourth straight frame, while some surprisingly durable holdovers continued to find traction in the middle of the top 10 pack.
Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures’ superhero sequel lost to “Pineapple Express” on Friday by a narrow $7.9 million to $7.6 million margin. But on Saturday it surged ahead of Sony’s stoner comedy, winning the day with $10.5 million vs. $7.6 million. Combined with a slightly higher Sunday estimat

Heath Ledger Death Inquiry Not Going Further
I guess after all this trying to deal with Mary-Kate and all this drama, the feds have decided not to go any further with the investigation. There reason for this is "we do not feel there is a viable target". Thanks for causing a stir over nothing.

DEA -- What Were THEY Smoking?!
Sources connected with the Heath Ledger investigation say the Drug Enforcement Administration set a new low for starf**king.
People who have talked to TMZ off the record are now willing to go on record -- still anonymously -- about one of the most bizarre DEA power grabs ever.
How's this for starters ... no one we've spoken with connected with the case can point to a single DEA case where a massive investigation was launched over an accidental death in which no criminality was even hinted at.
