Rihanna has broken her silence about the Domestic abuse scandal that thrust her into the spotlight. In her recent interview with Diane Sawyer , she said she finally came clean about Chris Brown 's assault because she wanted to be a good role model for other women who might be suffering similar abuse. In an interview Monday with MTV's Alexa Chung , she elaborated on that statement, saying, essentially, she'd rather not be a mere "domestic-violence spokesperson."
