The 45-year-old actor is a part-time resident of the town on Massachusetts’ south shore, 25 miles south of Boston recently bought the Marshfield Hills General Store.

Just like his co-workers, his colleagues at Dunder Mifflin who are moonlighting as producers (Rainn Wilson and Jenna Fischer respectively), The Office star Steve Carell is also branching on to the same area. His company, the Carousel Productions, has just launched a television division. One of the first deals the company has inked is this three year deal with Universal Media Studios and NBC.
