Oprah's Dog Solomon Dies at 14

Oprah Winfrey: Ophrah Winfrey's dog Solomon has died at the age of 14.

This is Oprah's third dog to die in the past 17 months.

Oprah Winfrey is in mourning after the death of her beloved pet cocker spaniel Solomon, RADAR has learned.
The 14-year-old dog - a Christmas present from boyfriend Stedman Graham in 1994 - died on October 27 from kidney failure after months of dialysis treatment.

Solomon is the third of Oprah's dogs to die agonizing Deaths in the last 17 months: In March, Sophie, another cocker spaniel died - also of kidney failure - and in May last year her 2-year-old golden retriever Gracie choked to death on a small plastic ball.

I'm very sorry about all your losses, I understand more than anyone. I also, have lost so many of my dogs, and my beloved husband in a motorcycle accident, and 7 months later, my best friend, was killed by someone who ran a stop sign, the same as what happened to my husband. I own the Bulldogs that were used in the movie Mr Magoo, the right guard commerial with Emmit Smith, the Fresno State commerial's, along with other movies, and commerial's. I do Pet Mermorial's in stain glass, and other items as benches, stepping stones, etc...of pets people still own, or have lost. When I heard from a friend, who had watched your show the day after losing Solomon. She called me, and told me how you could'nt hold back your pain, and tears on your show. My heart truly went out to you. You do so much to help so many animals, and people, I wanted to do something special for you. I made a custom Pet Mermorial of Solomon for you. I have a friend, who's sister use to work for you, and was going to go through her to get it to you. She has since moved to NY, and I have no way to contact her. I had called the phone number listed for you several months ago. I explained what I had made for you, and they said they were sure you would want it. They advised me to e-mail you, and let you know what I want to send to you. It's beautiful! I just wanted to leave you with another beautiful memory of him. I'm in the process of starting this as my new buisness. I will be donating 10% to the Bulldog rescue called, 'Buddies for Bullies'. In the state of Florida, they put down, any breed with 'Bull' in it's name, with includes the English Bulldog, and the French Bulldog. These women, rent a home with over 60 Bulldogs, and the numbers, are still growing daily. It's due to the reputation of the Pit Bull, is why they are put down. Carol Gardner, who owns 'Zelda', had contacted me, about a month before being on your your show, this has been several years ago. She was looking for another Zelda, since she was 7 years old at that time. She had ordered one of my video's that go back 15 years, of all the beautiful dogs, and pups we had. She said, I have the most beautiful Bulldogs, she has ever seen. I would love to send you this heart shaped custom stone, I did it with gold glass in the background, that looks like real gold, just like the walkways in heaven. I could even e-mail photo's of it to you if you wish. I have one other thing I would love for you to hear about. It's a amazing story about a 3 1/2 month old, French Bulldog pup I had sold, and what this pup has done, has touched everyone who has heard this story, it has even brought tears to their eyes. I had told this story, to a pastor. He said, I need to contact some producers, so this story can be heard. He said, it would also make a great news article also. I believe you would love to hear about it, it is that, amazing! Once again, my heart goes out to you Oprah. I hope to get this stone to you, and have you hear about this other amazing story about this pup.
