Zachary Quinto: This new promo shot for the upcoming third season of "Heroes" looks pretty darn cool if you ask me - love that Sylar's (
Zachary Quinto) in the foreground and cradling an orb of light. Apparently that a new power of his - perfect for raving.
But there are a few things I need to discuss: first and funniest is the stance Ando (
James Kyson Lee) is striking on the bottom left. What is that, his action figure pose? And since when was he so big on the fisticuffs?
Secondly, and more importantly, who is that girl next to Matt (
Greg Grunberg)? Is it Molly (
Adair Tishler)? If so, did producers replace
Adair Tishler, because the girl in this shot looks way older then the last time we saw the little LoJacker, no?
Anyway, not only are the characters living on the edge in this shot, but so is the show. It's a metaphor, get it? Following the hugely disappointing second season - only saved by the brief appearances of a powerless Sylar and the presence of
Kristen Bell - fans, like myself, are approaching year three cautiously optimistic.

Russell Brand has admitted that he would rather have sex with someone than talk to them.
The comic, who stars opposite Kristen Bell in the new film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, revealed to Heat that he's better in bed than he is at conversation.
