Continuing to support Obama, and here’s why:
Friends, it has been so interesting to read your explanations of your own political views in your messages, and I am inspired and thrilled to see so many young people who are making this election a priority in their busy lives. This race is getting more intense every day. I'm increasingly impressed with the way in which the Obama campaign is handling each primary, and equally discouraged by the Clinton camp's use of gender, race, and money to divide this country, and intimidate voters into supporting Hillar

on a sad note...
Friends, a few days ago I received a MySpace message from a fan named Lauren that broke my heart. She told me the story of her dear friend Rachel Conners who recently passed away. I asked her to write a few words so that I could pay some sort of tribute to Rachel, who was a wonderfully supportive fan, and, from what Lauren tells us, a beautiful soul. My thoughts are with her friends and family, and with all those out there who may struggle with the same hardships that overcame Rachel. Please take a moment to

Olivia Wilde for Maxim Magazine
Olivia had tongues wagging when she snogged Mischa Barton on The O.C., and she’ll be doing more scandalous things with Jack Black and Michael Cera in the biblical farce Year One.

House: Thirteen Spoilers
Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) is getting a kickass storyline this year that is also very intense and heart-wrenching. As you know, we found out last season that she has the debilitating genetic disorder Huntington’s disease. In the premiere, this will give her a whole new ballsiness and outlook on life, which is pretty cool. We’ll also be flashing back to her childhood, when we’ll also meet her ill mother, who also suffered and died from the disease. I think it’s good that Thirteen will f

Long story short, my thoughts on Obama:
My awesome little bro recently asked me why I supported Senator Obama. Here was my answer:I've been interested in Obama's career as a Senator for years. He's has a consistently liberal voting record, even when his decisions have been unpopular amongst his more conservative peers. When I heard he was planning to run for president, I was inspired by his decision to take on the Clintons, one of the most powerful political institutions in history, and even though it seemed almost impossible that he would win th

THANK YOU!
WOW! Just wanted to thank all those who wrote such sweet birthday messages to me. I am speechless. I feel very lucky to have such kind and thoughtful fans/friends. I wish you all tremendous happiness and love.

great article!
By FRANK RICHPublished: February 24, 2008WHEN people one day look back at the remarkable implosion of the Hillary Clinton campaign, they may notice that it both began and ended in the long dark shadow of Iraq. It's not just that her candidacy's central premise — the priceless value of "experience" — was fatally poisoned from the start by her still ill-explained vote to authorize the fiasco. Senator Clinton then compounded that 2002 misjudgment by pursuing a 2008 campaign strategy that uncannily mimicked

hello everyone!
Hi Friends! I am so sorry it's been so long since I last visited the Land o Myspace. I have been working like crazy, and haven't had much time for my poor lonely computer. So I just wanted to say hello and THANK YOU to all those who are voting for me for the Teen Choice Award. You guys are so supportive. It would be great to win just so I could encourage all the viewers to VOTE for our next president, and take themselves seriously as powerful citizens. ALL LOVE, O

Mischa Barton “I Kissed A Girl”
It had to happen, right? Mischa Barton & Olivia Wilde (”Malex”) in a fan video of their character’s relationship on The OC set to Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl “. It was a fairly pivotal moment on television. It’s a pretty good video, don’t you think? Fox’s All Star Party at the Pier had some huge stars! All the Fox celebrities showed up, including Hugh, Omar, Olivia, and Kal! Absent were Jesse Spencer, Jennifer Morrison, and Lisa Edelstein (and RSL, who’s never at these parties). Filming Year One
Hi friends, I'm in Shreveport, Louisiana shooting a film called Year One with Jack Black, Michael Cera, David Cross, Oliver Platt, and many others. It's a comedy we hope you will think is very funny. I play a princess, and the whole thing is going well so far. The people in the town where we are shooting are enormously welcoming, and I'm grateful to be working in their city. I'm grateful to be working at all, actually, considering that most of our business is at a tragic standstill due to this strike. Let's

Weekend Links Roundup
One of the frustrating parts of writing about a television show is that the more readers notice you, the more the photography and copyright experts notice you too. And there are copyright laws that forbid sites from posting photos for which they have not been given express permission by the original photographer or publication. So that means that even though I have so many of you well-meaning and wonderful House fans that send me tips about candid photos, I can’t publish a lot of them on this site.
