Novel - I Am Video
Featuring Ben Folds Five, Talib Kweli & Spree Wilson, this vid is a nice change of pace in the Rap game where a dose of reality is always welcome. Novel’s been around for awhile and it’s nice to see that he’s made it through the sinking ship that was Rawkus Records. I didn’t like him too much when I first heard him on Quality and Soundbombing 3. He sounded like a poor man’s Wyclef Jean at a time when the original was wearing a little thin.

"Norman never got the credit he deserves," said Bobby Jay, a long-time host on WCBS-FM who is now heard on Sirius' "Soul Town." "People talk about Ber
Music Feed: Going Solo
We love them primarily for leading some of the most popular musical groups in the world. We also love them as solo acts. It was as solo acts that many of these artists became bonafide superstars. Their stories are all very similar. Early on these stars were being touted for future solo careers. In retrospect its a good thing but its also a bad thing. It has been one of the many reasons for discord between bands. Its the frequent spotlight on one star that has been difficult for other band mates to adjust to

Something In The Way She Moves: Does A Woman's Gait Predict Her "Orgasmic Ability"? [Walk This Way]
Are you self-conscious about the way you walk? No? Well, get ready! According to a study published in the September 2008 issue of The Journal of Sexual Medicine (not, unfortunately, The Journal of Sexual Healing, which publishes only papers by soul-ologist Marvin Gaye), people with sexological training were able to deduce a woman's "history of vaginal orgasm" from her walk about 80 percent of the time. If you're already shaking your head in confusion and annoyance, don't stop — the study offers way mo
