Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Mischa Barton and Vanessa Hudgens are among a host of female celebrities who have designed T-shirts for their favourite charities.
The ladies have all created her own 'Spread the Love' T-shirt with designers at Los Angeles based fashion line 2 Love, which will be sold at $50 each.

Keeping busy in advance of the “High School Musical 3” theatrical release next month, Vanessa Hudgens recently took her “Identified Summer Tour” out of the States.
Accompanied on the trip by her family, Miss Hudgens performed shows in Puebla, Mexico, as well as Guadalajara, to both enthusiastic and jam-packed audiences.
