*SCROLL DOWN FOR PHOTOS*
Trend alert! For the second time in one Week, a designer sent shapely models down a Fashion Week runway. (For those keeping score, the first was Mark Fast at London Fashion Week .) On Wednesday, designer Elena Miro kicked off Milan Fashion Week by sending voluptuous (and, frankly, normal -looking) women down the runway in her fall/winter 2010-11 collection.
The goal is to "help real women to feel confident and at peace with themselves," says the brand's owner and...

was certainly a sight to see! And not just because it was live streamed for the entire world. (You can still see the entire show and exclusive interviews on the label's official website.) Big names like Claire Danes, Kate Hudson, Kristen Stewart, Mary-Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen,
Best of Fashion Week Beauty, So Far
1. The red-meets-black lips at Proenza Schouler evoke the mean girl look we’re lusting after for fall. 2. Liner just on the outside of the eye adds a moodiness to Marc Jacob’s wallflower. 3. Long, tousled, wavy hair at DvF is just what I wish I had…. All I need is at least six more inches and two extra hours in the morning to get my stick-straight locks into a messy wave. 4. Business brows at Narciso Rodriguez are a new take on the classic, Shield-ian eye of the...
At London Fashion Week, Designers Play Outside Their Comfort Zone
Young designers, who are known for one thing, are trying to prove that they can work beyond and outside of their comfort zone. Aside from Christopher Kane, who, though he makes dresses, makes very different dresses for very different girls each season, a handful of young designers who are known for one aesthetic, went in totally different directions. Meadham Kirchoff may be the most extreme example. Gone were the ripped jeans and neutral colors, the rock and roll jackets and deconstructed...

London Fashion Week: Vivienne Westwood Red Label 2010 Collection
Colour, Tartan, Clashing... it must be Vivienne Westwood. Vivienne Westwood's Red Label show at London Fashion Week was an example of all that's great about the kooky British designer, and what makes her shows so exciting.
Models stalked the Catwalk with fluffy, volumized hair and shadowy make up in blazers and trousers which showed off Vivienne's impeccable tailoring. The outspoken designer also showcased her environmental awareness - she sent models down the Catwalk wearing t-shirts printed...
London Fashion Week A/W 2010: Peter Pilotto
Taking their cues from modern architecture, Peter Pilotto and his partner Christopher De Vos , presented a collection of their signature prints and geometric shapes. Blurry graphic prints were constructed around the body with panels of metallic material, coloured leather and fur. Tailoring was strong in cropped tweed jackets and high waist trousers which were finished off with a fox stole. Watch a video of the collection above.
London Fashion Week A/W 2010: Basso & Brooke
Slithering onto the runway were the reptilian-creations dreamed up by Basso & Brooke . Inspired by recent trips to the Silk Routes of Uzbekistan, Bruno Basso and Christopher Brooke resulted in a patchwork of digital prints combining snakeskin, feather, chain and wood motifs. Draped dresses were layered with caramel-coloured and fur-collared coats, or over clashing print Leggings.
