Seven years after her disastrous movie headlining debut "Glitter," pop star Mariah Carey will return to theaters in December.

Mariah Carey apparently thinks we’ve all forgotten about Glitter.  We haven’t.  Not that anyone actually saw it, but we all know how bad it was… She doesn’t care though, Mariah Carey is starring in a new movie called Tennessee… She plays an aspiring singer (how original) in a bad marriage and fights for fame despite the issues in her life… Sounds riveting.  Rivoting?  Riveting. My guess is it will go right to DVD… we’ll see when it comes out in December.
