DUI : (MYFOX NATIONAL) - A man dressed up as a Breathalyzer was pulled over and arrested for a DUI on Halloween night. The Dayton Daily News reports that police arrested James P. Miller of Cincinnati after they observed him driving the wrong way on a one-way street with no headlights on. Police said Miller told officers he didn't have anything to drink. Former Police Officer Found Guilty Of DUI
A former police officer in Freemansburg, Northampton County who was accused of driving drunk has been found guilty. The district attorney says Kevin Kovalovsky was in court for his trial today. Investigators say Kovalovsky was found driving drunk in Bushkill Township in December, 2007. Officials say he was off duty at the time.
