Tyler Perry’s “The Family That Preys” Screening
Tyler Perry’s new movie, The Family That Preys, hits movie theaters this coming Friday and the the New York City premiere of the film was held last night. Stars, Sanaa Lathan and Taraji P. Henson showed up for the screening, as did Tyler himself. Speaking to the press on the red carpet, Tyler revealed that fans who come out to see the film will be treated to a sneak peak of his next movie, Madea Goes To Jail, which is scheduled to officially hit movie theaters in February 2009. Usher Shoots ‘Trading Places’ Video; Expecting Second Child
Usher shot the video for his third single “Trading Places” in Venice, CA on Tuesday with director Chris Robinson (Alicia Keys, Busta Rhymes). According to Robot Films, the shoot took place at “one of the coolest homes [they’ve] seen in a bunch of years.” In related news, it was recently announced that Usher and wife Tameka Foster are expecting a second child.
