We reported yesterday that Sharon Stone has lost full custody of her 8 year-old son, Roan Joseph Bronstein. Her lawyer, Martin Singer today said that it wasn’t true.
FOXNews.com has confirmed with Singer’s office that the Basic Instinct actress went to court in hopes of gaining permission for Roan to be enrolled in a school in the Los Angeles area (where she lives) rather than in Northern California “where he currently lives with his dad” Phil Bronstein.

Stone's adopted son Roan will stay with dad Phil Bronstein in San Francisco unless Stone moves there or her ex-husband decides to move. "(Bronstein) can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home that child Roan needs," the judge said. Stone, 50 was granted access to the boy. Sharon Stone Hasn’t Lost Custody
Sharon Stone never lost joint custody of her son Roan Joseph after all it seems. According to her lawyers, the clerk made a mistake in writing the court papers.
While the papers state her ex-husband Phil Bronstein would have “sole physical custody” they also state that “custody, visitation, holiday, and vacation schedule shall remain in place as outlined.”

Sharon Stone Denies Losing Custody
According to her lawyers, Sharon Stone has not lost custody of her son Roan. Sharon had gone to court to try and move her son down to Los Angeles with her, where he would attend school. But the court ruled in favor of Stone's ex-husband, who lives in northern California.
According to the court minute order dated September 12th, the reason is that the child's dad Phil Bronstein, "can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home for the child."
