Before arriving in Los Angeles to present at the 2008 VMAs, golden boy Michael Phelps enjoyed one last night of partying in Las Vegas, and yet again, he was swarmed by girls. A few weeks ago when Michael was shooting an episode of HBO's Entourage in NYC, actor Kevin Connolly commented to E! that "it was like being in New York City with one of the Beatles. People were stopping in the streets and climbing up things to see him. They were going nuts." Looks like the madness for Michael hasn't slowed down!
