Sarah Palin's Katie Couric Blunders: Explained! (By Sarah Palin)
Finally, Sarah Palin will have to answer questions about her disastrous interview with Katie Couric. Except whoops, she's doing it on Fox News, and the big revelation is that she seemed flustered and ill-prepared because she was annoyed that Katie wasn't asking the right questions. The questions the American People wanted to hear!
Watch after the jump, and decide for yourself if this is what you've been waiting for a politician to say all your life:
See, she's damned if she
Katie Couric Mocks Sarah Palin For Being Illiterate
Here’s “gotcha journalist” Katie Couric getting quizzed by TMZ about her reading habits. She says the same exact thing that Sarah Palin said (”all of them, any of them”), except she says it to be funny. HOW DISRESPECTFUL. Katie also says she reads The Economist for the articles, and for the monthly compendium of slightly ribald jokes about oversexed blondes which she likes to tell at cocktail parties while John McCain is off raping gorillas. Yes, But Who Got the First Post-Palin Katie Couric Interview?
It's a sad day when TMZ's cameras are the ones to bring us Katie Couric's reaction to Sarah Palin trashing her interviewing skills, but alas, it was the paparazzi who caught up with the CBS Evening News anchor. (She was en route to Tiffany & Co.) We could probably turn this situation into a profound declaration about the gossipization of news media, but that would sort of, uh, reinforce the gossipization of news media. [TMZ]

Palin whines about Katie Couric
? Remember when Sarah Palin dug herself into a deep hole while being interviewed by CBS' Katie Couric. Well, Palin was apparently very annoyed by that interviewed, as she explained in a an astonishing friendly Fox interview :
Sarah Palin: Katie Couric 'annoyed' her
A clearly buoyant Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin sat for an interview with Fox News's Carl Cameron in the wake of her vice presidential debate with Sen. Joe Biden which she survived quite well, especially since the expectations for her were pretty much at sea level.
Palin had great things to say about her first and perhaps last meeting with Biden. Listening to what she told Cameron, last night's debate was definitely good times. Here's an excerpt from the rush transcript provided by Fox News with the time codes.
As Sarah Palin continues to generate intense scrutiny, she apologizes for "flippant response" in Katie Couric interview
First, the pundits' reviews come in. "Fascinating" was a recurring word that TV journalists used to Thursday night to describe the Sarah Palin-Joe Biden debate. Then the polls roll in, and the people in the street weigh in. On Friday...
Senior McCain Advisor: Palin Did 'Fantastic' With My Buddy Katie
Before Nicolle Wallace took over the role of senior adviser to John McCain’s presidential campaign, the wrangling on the evening news in recent weeks over Sarah Palin’s performance in interviews with CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric might have been the kind of on-air debate she relished.
“Governor Palin did fantastic,” the 36-year-old told The Observer in a telephone interview on the afternoon of Oct. 6.
But since she took on this high-level communications job with the campaign in May of this ye
Palin on Couric: "I Did Feel That There Were A Lot Of Things That She Was Missing"
"In the Katie Couric interviews, I did feel that there were a lot of things that she was missing, in terms of an opportunity to ask what a V.P. candidate stands for. = What the values are represented in our ticket," Palin said.
She also got a second chance to answer some of those unanswered questions (she reads the New York Times and the Economist and cites Kennedy v. Louisiana as a decision she disagreed with).

Sarah Palin might spoof Tina Fey spoofing her on "Saturday Night Live"
In a move that may prove way too meta for the Joe Six Packs and hockey moms of this country, rumors are swirling that Sarah Palin will be appearing on Saturday Night Live to spoof Tina Fey, who, as you know, was single-handedly responsible for reigniting the show's popularity by playing Palin.
Is your head exploding yet? What will happen if the two bespectacled giants do end up meeting at the offices of 30 Rock? Will the mavericky pit bull in lipstick approach her doppelganger with her trademark folksy
Bill Kristol Chit Chats With Sarah Palin!
Sarah Palin continues to avoid the “mainstream gotcha media” wing of yellow black journalists after Katie Couric, the host of a basic news program for old people, proved to be too In The Tank in too many interviews. Since last week’s debate, she’s only granted interviews to such staunch conservative kingpins as Hugh Hewitt, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and, today, Bill “William” Kristol of the liberal New York Times. Kristol’s column about it today is called —
Sarah Palin Crazy Sexy Cool News of the Day
Appearing on a friendlier news outlet, Gov. Sarah Palin said she was “annoyed” with the way Katie Couric handled their interview and complained that the CBS Evening News host failed to give her the opportunity to take a proverbial axe to Barack Obama.

Sarah Palin Did Well in The VP Debate Last Night
First of all, haters gon hate. Although applicable in our everyday lives, the accuracy of that simple statement can not be disputed when it comes to politics and public figures.
Joe Biden has dozens of national debates and nearly three decades in politics on his resume. Sarah has mayor, governor and lipstick-wearing hockey mom on hers. The debate was a David v. Goliath matchup.
Of course, Biden owned it. How could he not! But unlike her Katie Couric pause-heavy, ditsy, cutesy interviews, Sarah Palin did a
Bigot Bridget Bardot Mouths Off About Sarah Palin
Bridget Bardot, who rarely comes out of her house, is coming out to attack GOP VP candidate Sarah Palin. The actress (and bigot) says in an open letter to Palin:
"I hope you lose these elections because that would be a victory for the world. By denying the responsibility of man in global warming, by advocating gun rights and making statements that are disconcertingly stupid, you are a disgrace to women and you alone represent a terrible threat, a true environmental catastrophe."
Bardot continues
Sarah Palin Is Annoyed, And We Don't Care [News Roundup]
Sarah Palin is, like, so annoyed that Katie Couric, like, insisted on asking questions and talking about what she wanted to talk about instead of just letting Sarah bash Obama. Because that's how an "interview" works. To be fair, though, Palin had been on Fox News with Hannity first. [Huffington Post]
She was also really sad when she read the papers this morning and found out that the campaign was pulling out of Michigan. They didn't tell her in advance that they were pulling out or that they don't care wha

Sarah Palin’s Charismatic Leadership
Since the start, Sarah Palin’s job has been to feed red meat to the base, but this is getting pretty bloody: Dana Milbank reports on some ugly incidents from a rally in Fort Myers, Fla., where, after Sarah Palin blamed Katie Couric for her “less-than-successful interview,” attendees began shouting at the press, with one instructing an African American sound man to “Sit down, boy.” Later, when Palin spoke about Bill Ayers, one audience member shouted “Kill him!” "Thi

Diddy 'scared' of Sarah Palin
Rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs has hit out at US vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin again - branding the Governor of Alaska "worse than the boogeyman".

THE RESURRECTION OF SARAH PALIN
Get this: Sarah Palin now claims that she didn’t have enough time to get “her ideas” across in last night’s debate — that the rules in this case worked against her. Wow. I’ll get to that in a minute.
But, even more remarkably, she also blames Katie Couric for “clobbering” her during Palin’s embarrassing CBS interview which aired this week.
Palin’s now spinning like it was Couric’s fault for the fact that she was unable to answer questio
