Hans Liljeberg: NEW ORLEANS, Aug. 11 (UPI) -- A judge in New Orleans denied a juror's request to be excused in the homicide trial of Corey "C-Murder" Miller Tuesday, sending the panel back to deliberations. A note sent to Judge Hans Liljeberg of the 24th Judicial District Court said the juror slept during deliberations and, when not asleep, quoted Scripture, the (New Orleans )Times-Picayune reported Tuesday.
