Variety say that Jude Law is “close” to agreeing a deal to become Dr. Watson, SHERLOCK HOLMES’ often small, chubby and occassionaly bumbling sidekick in Guy Ritchie’s new take on Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic character. Though of course that stereotype looks to have gone from Ritchie’s version if Law is the kind of man he is after. I can’t imagine Law would take on the sidekick part, usually donned by character actors or D-list stars, so you really have to presume t
