New trailer for Yes Man
Jim Carrey is returning to the genre that started his career, the comedy. In Yes Man, he plays a usually negative guy, who decides to challenge himself by saying yes to everything.
A new trailer is inside, featuring a little more footage. I much prefer Carrey in these kinds of roles.
In Yes Man, Jim Carrey plays Carl Allen, a man usually says no to everything. In an effort to change his life, he challenges himself to yes to everything for a whole year, Zooey Deschanel also

Jim Carrey Not Effected By Recession
While us common folks are struggling to pay our bills, our mortgages, and to keep our jobs, actors like Jim Carrey haven't been effected by the recession yet.
"I'm not in a recession. I'm doing incredibly well. I just wanna be honest. I really am kicking ass," Carrey jokingly told Hollyscoop during the 'Yes Man' press conference in Los Angeles.
While we're sure Carrey was just joking, making $20 million plus per flick doesn't hurt. Even if he only made one movie every couple of yea
JIM CARREY AND ZOOEY DESCHANEL SAY "YES" IN LONDON
The actor appeared along side co-star Zoey Deschanel at the London photocall of their new movie Yes Man. The comedy tells the story of a guy who challenges himself to say "yes" to everything for an entire year and what happens when he opens up his life to world of (hopefully) positive posibilities. Check out a trailer here. Yes Man opens in theaters on Dec. 19.

Jim and Zooey Are Still Saying Yes
Yes Man is set to hit theaters in December, but Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel were still hard at work on the film in LA this past weekend. They looked like they were having a blast together on the set, and we imagine that there must be a lot of laughs with these two around. The teaser trailer looks fun so tell us if you're planning to check out the movie. It's on our short list since we're excited to see Jim's return to comedy paired with Zooey's quirky charm on the big screen.

"Yes Man" Trailer with Jim Carrey
Yes Man opens in theaters Dec. 19, 2008, and it stars Jim Carrey as Carl Allen, a guy whose life is going nowhere. So he signs up for a self-help program based on one simple covenant: say yes to everything.
Unleashing the power of “YES” begins to transform Carl’s life in unexpected ways, getting him promoted at work and opening the door to a new romance. But his willingness to embrace every opportunity might just become too much of a good thing. Is it just me or has Jim Carrey done this

Spaceballs: The Animated Series
Long before people were dragging quotes out of Jim Carrey movies and Austin Powers it was Spaceballs. I could watch that movie with the sound off and not miss a single word in my head. To this day I work in IT and when dealing with computers I sometimes have to ask for passwords to get into their machines, and more than once I have said “That’s the kind of thing an idiot puts on his luggage”… then I have to explain myself before I get fired.
There were rumours of Spaceballs 3: The

Jim Carrey haunted by bungy jump
A bungy jump Jim Carrey took off a high Pasadena, California bridge for his new film Yes Man came back to haunt the movie star weeks after he took the plunge.
The funnyman insisted on taking the leap himself because he always knew he would bungy at some point in his life - and at least his big jump would be caught on camera. But he had no idea he would have dreams about hitting the ground.
He says, "Once I got up on the edge (of the bridge) it (mind) literally just started racing and (I had) every thoug
Jim Carrey’s Bungee Jumping PTSD
Cate Blanchett attended last night’s premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button in Westwood apparently wearing a Spanx bodystocking that she decided to accessorize with an oversized Christmas topper she ripped off some poor unsuspecting tree.
With no makeup and I-just-went-to-the-gym hair, Cate is a vision in nude.
Is the color choice because she secretly she’s hoping she can pull an Emperor has no clothes?
Sorry, Cate, we can see you and what we see is busted to the max!

Two appreciations
Jim Carrey: Yes Man, out this month, is Carrey’s latest existential parable. If, as has been speculated, Hans Christian Andersen and Søren Kierkegaard shared a libertine moment in the salons and cellars of 19th-century Copenhagen, they could have brainstormed this movie over drinks. Carrey plays Carl Allen, an office drone and cautious Cuthbert who abruptly starts saying “Yes!” to everything—Korean lessons, cans of Red Bull, love, and life itself. This impulsive assent to existence is characteristi

I love this quote, mostly because it’s making so many people mad. When funny man Jim Carrey was asked how his life has been affected by our failing economy he answered simply and honestly.

Jim Carrey, Zooey Deschanel Say 'Yes' to London
Dressed a little more conservatively than usual, Jim Carrey joined Zooey Deschanel at the Vue cinema in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday to attend the premiere of their new comedy Yes Man.
The film, directed by Peyton Reed and based on a book by British author Danny Wallace, is about a person with an inability to say no to anything. (No word on whether the plot is derived from a true story.) Carrey, 46, plays Carl Allen, the doormat in question, while 28-year-old Deschanel portrays his sid
