Christie Brinkley’s request for a restraining order has been denied.
She filed paperwork on Wednesday seeking to ban Peter Cook from seeing the couple’s two children. The documents were filed just two days before Peter Cook was scheduled to appear on U.S. news show 20/20, where he discusses the former couple’s break-up and messy public divorce battle.
Today a Long Island, New York judge ruled that Peter Cook can maintain access to Jack, 13, and Sailor, 10.
Peter Cook’s attorney James Winkler says, “The judge denied her (Brinkley) request to suspend visitation.

ET confirms that the restraining order Christie Brinkley requested against her ex-husband, Peter Cook, has been denied.
"The restraining order they sought was to suspend visitation this weekend because of the "20/20" broadcast, which Mr. Cook never had any intention of showing to the children," Cook's attorney James Winkler tells ET. "The restraining order was denied."
