James Cameron Has Not Given His Blessing To Terminator Salvation
When it was revealed that McG would be directing Terminator Salvation most people were a little pessimistic, considering the fact he was the man behind Charlies Angels and its sequel. However, on a number of occasions we were told by McG that he had the blessing of James Cameron, who directed the first two Terminator films all those years ago. This made people feel at ease. If James Cameron is backing the film, why shouldn’t we?
Well now, according to an interview with Cameron, he did not give his bl
McG Lied About Cameron’s Blessing On Terminator 4
Sure, there’s be plenty of concern over McG (”Charlie’s Angels”) being handed the reins of “Terminator Salvation” (T4), but when he told us that James Cameron had given him his blessing that eased the pain just a little. Finding out that was a complete lie? Well, that makes it rather upsetting.
Q. Are you involved at all in the Christian Bale production of Terminator 4?
A. Cameron: It could be a big steaming pile or it could be brilliant. Sam Worthington is
TERMINATOR SALVATION did not get James Cameron’s Blessing
As we all know TERMINATOR SALVATION is in the works and will hit theaters everywhere next Memorial Day in 2009. (Check out the first Teaser). All the while we thought that Director McG had the blessings of the original creator to continue the franchise but lo and behold, the great James Cameron, via joblo, said to E online recently…
It could be a big steaming pile or it could be brilliant. Sam Worthington is in the Avatar and the new Terminator and he likes the script, but I never saw it. There was n
Teaser Trailer for "Terminator Salvation" is 54 Seconds of Rising Anticipation
The teaser for Terminator Salvation wasn't supposed to be seen until Friday, where it would play in front of screenings of The Dark Knight, but maybe somebody out there realized that people would be so pumped to see the Watchmen trailer that nobody would be able to muster any excitement for another Terminator film.
So without further ado, here it is.
You can also watch it in HD at Yahoo! Movies.

James Cameron Denies Giving “Terminator 4″ His Blessing
McG, you got some ’splainin’ to do…
Did Canada’s National Post catch Terminator 4 director McG in a lie? Sure seems that way… The following choice excerpt from a Q&A with James Cameron (one of Canada’s Walk of Fame’s newest inductees) has been making its way around the web re: the new installment of the franchise [...]
James Cameron Says He Never Blessed Terminator Salvation. McG Says He Did.
For months, the foggy perception online has been that James Cameron gave McG’s Terminator Salvation his “blessing.” Where did the Internet come up with this rumor? Well, McG has stated the endorsement as fact in numerous interviews, including in this E! Comic Con video. Earlier this month, Cameron set the record straight, and what’s more, the question over a “blessing” was never raised. He personally brought it up.
“It could be a big steaming pile or it could be brilliant. Sam Worthingt

James Cameron Had Nothing to Do With New Terminator Flick
Movie director McG, who is most famous for bringing Charlie’s Angels back to the big screen and The O.C. to TV, is currently directing the fourth movie in the Terminator franchise.
And to reassure everyone that he is capable of filling the big shoes belonging to James Cameron, who developed the idea and directed the first and second movies, he’s basically been telling everyone “oh yeah, I definitely got the O.K. from the J.C.” I like how in that clip McG calls him “Jim,”
McG lied about Cameron TERMINATOR SALVATION endorsement
And when we found it hard enough to trust McG, the director of CHARLIE’S ANGELS with a TERMINATOR IV summer tentpole anyway, to find out he is a bare faced liar is rather disappointing.
Remember back when McG proudly announced he had the blessing of TERMINATOR creator James Cameron for his new movie? Well you don’t need to remember, you can see the video evidence HERE. Well he lied, so says Cameron to the National Post…
“It could be a big steaming pile or it could be brilliant. Sam W
McG lied
I was there when he showed the Terminator Salvation footage and got everyone incredibly pumped up to see the movie. At first I was not excited at all and could care less about Terminator Salvation. After Comic-Con though I have to admit I was pumped to see it. While there he told everyone that he had the blessing of James Cameron. Well, it looks like Mr. James Cameron has no idea what the movie is going to be like and gave no kind of blessing to the film. He never saw a script. Filmonic caught up with Camer
No T4 blessing by Cameron
When McG was announced as the director for Terminator 4, there were some people who were non too pleased. And soon enough McG was talking about how James Cameron had given him his blessing. Good news coming from the main man we thought.
Well it turns out Cameron didn't offer his blessing, and hasn't seen any script. Could McG be telling porkies to gain some popularity?
The announcement of McG as director of Terminator 4 was met with some trepidation by Terminator fans. And
McG Not Blessed By The Almighty James Cameron
Apparently the God hand of Cameron did not give McG his Terminator blessing. In other news, today is laundry day.
Megan Fox To Play Wet Warrior In New James Cameron Superhero Movie

American Psych-NO!
As if American Psycho II wasn’t bad enough, the unoriginal suits who TRY to keep us entertained have decided that now is a good time to make a musical out of American Psycho.
Lucky, The Celluloid God known as Christian Bale will not be a part of this disaster. Yes, I already know its going to be a disaster. Anytime you take a cult-classic serial killer and turn him into a singing, dancing fluff tart for Broadway, it has disaster written all over the title page. Matter-of-fact, “Disaster” w
American Psycho To Slay Audiences In Front of the Footlights [The Theatre]
Depressing and sort of end-of-the-economy timely word comes today that Brett Easton Ellis' 1991 novel American Psycho—about a Wall Street banker in the 1980's who is a crazed serial killer in his spare time—is being made into a stage musical. You'll remember that the book was adapted into a movie starring Christian Bale back in 2000, and that it featured a looming score of various recognizable 80's tunes. This prompted producers to decide that, hey!, it could be a musical extravaganza! To tha
American Psycho: The Musical
Brett Easton Ellis's American Psycho - which was turned into a hit film starring Christian Bale in 1999 - is set to become a Broadway musical, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Edward R Pressman, who also produced the movie, is developing this late-80s-set, sharply satirical tale of a Wall Street trader with a penchant for
murder.
Apparently the production - which is set to feature '80s inspired songs - will debut in 2010.
American Psycho would have been better if Christian Bale was singing.
'American Psycho' Heads To The Theater
Brett Easton Ellis' most famously depraved novel, American Psycho, is heading to the stage. The book and subsequent film prominently feature monologues about 80s Reagan-era bands, which will play a large part in the musical production's development.
Though taking a gamble on theater, producers Craig Roessler and Johnson-Roessler have high hopes that a satirical look at murder on Wall Street will strike a gallows-humor chord with the ex-Lehman brother crowd.
Below, one scene from the film version

'American Psycho' Hip to Be Broadway
Controversial social satire 'American Psycho' is headed for Broadway, eight years after the novel became a movie starring Christian Bale, the companies adapting the book to the stage said Tuesday.
Talking to Justice League Mortal 's Batman
Even though right now, Warner Bros' planned Justice League Mortal still seems to be shelved or at least backburnered for an indefinite amount of time, E! Online had a chance to talk with Armie Hammer on the set of the CW's "Reaper" about what he went through as George Miller's choice to play Bruce Wayne and the Caped Crusader in the planned superhero ensemble movie.
The great grand-son of oil tycoon Armand Hammer told E! that while he doesn't want to start a battle of the Batmans with Christian Bale (
'American Psycho' to B'way; other shows get axed
Bret Easton Ellis' "American Psycho" - a novel and film about a bloodthirsty Wall Street investment banker - is being developed as a musical.
In light of recent financial woes, the timing is either just right - or completely off for the darkly satirical story.
A creative team for the show isn't in place yet, nor are there hints of who might play Patrick Bateman, the title killer. Christian Bale immortalized the sicko in the 2000 film based on the Bret Easton Ellis novel.
The show, which would include 1980s
