(E! Online)
E! Online - Aaron Eckhart has had a good summer. He can take credit for some of The Dark Knight's awesomeness, with his Harvey Dent/Two-Face baddie getting almost as freaky as Heath Ledger's Joker. But $500 million later, we have to ask him: Two-Face could survive that deadly fall at the construction site, right?
‘Dark Knight’ Star Aaron Eckhart Downplays Analogy Between Batman, George W. Bush

However, in a recent interview with “Dark Knight” star Aaron Eckhart (who played definitely dead villain, Two-Face), that wasn’t t

Neil LaBute scares up a thriller
Most directors' first film disappears only to pop up on Netflix. Not so with Neil LaBute. His first feature, "In the Company of Men," caused quite a stir when it came out in 1997. LaBute wrote and directed this controversial film about two misogynist businessmen who play a cruel joke on a deaf woman in their office by pretending to have romantic feelings for her. The movie starred Aaron Eckhart, LaBute's classmate at Brigham Young University.

The rumored casting of Johnny Depp as The Riddler and Phillip Seymour Hoffman as The Penguin was said to be confirmed by Alfred himself Michael Caine while in Toronto.
So is it true? MTV went straight to the source and asked Hoffman himself, he says no.
“No one has talked to me about it ever — never,” replied Hoffman. “It happened, like, five years ago, too. It was a rumor back then and it’s still a rumor. [laughs] It’s just in the press. It’s funny.”

I don’t know if it’s possible to top Heath Ledger as Joker, but that combination certainly at least gives you a shot Except I don’t really see this as any sort of casting confirmation. The unnamed WB exec never actually said they had them or were even pursuing them, it sounds
