‘American Idol’ Runner-up David Archuletta Gets Signed by Management Firm
After 19 Management (the firm representing American Idol finalists) passed on David Archuletta, it’s now being reported that he has signed a management contract with Azoff Management. The American Idol seventh-season runner-up will be co-managed by Azoff’s Jared Paul — who also currently works with Nick Lachey and The New Kids on the Block, among others – as well as Jeff Archuleta, his controversial father who managed him in his pre-Idol days, Entertainment Weeklyreported Tuesday

Although the singer/actress’ birthday isn’t until November 23, Cyrus and several other celebrities including David Archuleta, Steve Carell, Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Love Hewitt and several others partied the evening away.
