Sneak Peek at the Movie Trailer for I Love You, Man
Access Hollywood had a preview for Along Came Polly director John Hamburg’s new comedy I Love You, Man, which stars Paul Rudd as a newly engaged guy sets out to find the perfect “Best Man” for his wedding. The film costars Jason Segel, Jaime Pressly, Andy Samberg, Jon Favreau, and Rashida Jones. I guess I’ll have to wait until the real trailer is released before I start making judgements, but this preview is rather generic.

I Love You, Man Trailer Starring Paul Rudd and Jason Segel
Well, I think the bromantic comedy is now officially a genre, and I Love You, Man is the movie that settles it. Written and directed by John Hamburg (Along Came Polly), the flick is about a metrosexual guy (Paul Rudd) who has a lot of girl friends, but no close guy friends. When it comes time to choose a best man for his upcoming wedding, he has to go out and do a little male bonding. The movie co-stars Jason Segel, Jon Favreau, Andy Samberg, Rashida Jones, and yes, even Lou Ferrigno.

Video: Paul Rudd and Jason Segel in \"I Love You, Man\"
This could work. Paul Rudd and Jason Segel are teaming up for what is likely the very definition of a "bromance" in I Love You, Man. Rudd's playing a guy who realizes he doesn't really have any male friends and finds himself stuck for a best man for his wedding, so he sets out to find a hetero life mate. He eventually does so with Segel. Andy Samberg plays his brother, J.K. Simmons and Jane Curtin are his parents, Rashida Jones is the bride-to-be and we even get some Jaime Pressly and Thomas Lennon ac
Movie Preview: I Love You, Man
In theory, I think the premise for I Love You, Man is funny and cute: A guy (Paul Rudd) gets engaged to his lady (Rashida Jones — yay for her having more movie roles!) but he doesn't have a best guy friend so he basically goes on a manfriend-hunt to lock down a best man for the wedding.
The trailer features some funny folks (Jason Segel, Andy Samberg, Thomas Lennon) and people I just love seeing pretty much anytime (JK Simmons), and yet, it doesn't really make me laugh. Also (and I'm assumin

Paul Rudd, it’s so hard to believe that you have trouble finding man-friends, or man-dates or bromance, or whatever buzz-word this movie wants so badly to create. Jason Segel seems to be a good fit for a friend, but we have a little trouble imagining that someone like Paul Rudd needs dudes to hang out with. We would totally hang out with Paul Rudd.
Now, Paul Rudd who is engaged to Rashida Jones, that’s a whole ‘nother story. Can we even hang out with Paul Rudd without secretly hoping to c
I Love You Man Trailer
The trailer for I Love You, Man, one of those newfangled bromances that are sweeping the nation, is below. It’s about a guy with no male friends and his quest to find a best friend via the Best Friend finding version of Hitch. The bad news is that it comes from writer/director John Hamburg, whose writing credits include Meet the Parents/Fockers and Along Came Polly. He appears to be one of those guys, like Paul Rudd, halfway between The State crew (he directed a few episodes of “Stel

Cinematical Seven: Christmas Movies that Demand 'R' Rated Remakes
(This month we're bringing back some of our favorite holiday-related posts, as well as sharing some new ones. Happy Holidays!)By: Patrick Walsh Wonderful as the classic family Christmas movies can be, the overwhelming sugary sweetness in most of them can be a little off-putting to adult audiences. I know my friends tend to gravitate more towards the R-rated holiday fare -- Die Hard, Bad Santa, The Ref, etc. Lord knows Hollywood doesn't want to be bothered coming up with original ideas, so I'm proposing seve
