Howard K. Stern Files Defamation Lawsuit
Anna Nicole Smith's former companion Howard K. Stern filed a defamation lawsuit on Tuesday against an ex-bodyguard for the father of Smith's daughter, Larry Birkhead, and the sister of Smith's ex-boyfriend, blaming them for the alleged lies contained in a book.
Stern also has a $60 million libel suit pending against author Rita Cosby and Hachette Book Group, which published "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death," in U.S. District Court in New York.

Dannielynn declared Anna Nicole Smith’s sole heir
Tragic Anna Nicole Smith’s 18-month-old daughter Dannielynn has been declared the sole heir to her estate.
Anna Nicole’s lawyer lover Howard K. Stern turned to the courts to clarify the ex-Playboy model’s final wishes as her will was written in 2001, five years before Dannielynn was born.
An LA judge also established a trust in Danielynn’s name and named Stern and her father Larry Birkhead as co-trustees.

Anna Nicole Smith's mother sues lawyer, Web sites
The mother of Anna Nicole Smith has sued the deceased television star's lawyer and several media outlets including celebrity Web site TMZ.com, claiming she was defamed.
Virgie Arthur said in a lawsuit filed in Texas state court on Monday that Smith's lawyer and companion Howard K. Stern and others spread a false story that she was the mother of her stepbrother's child in a bid to ruin her reputation.

Forbes, in their quest to document everything "most expensive, have compiled a list of the most expensive baby pics ever, in the history of mankind. Did I say ever?
Of course, in first place we have the Angelina Jolie/Brad Pitt twin pics, which went to People and Hello! for a reported $11m - $15m.

Tabloid star Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel died of a drug overdose, an inquest jury in the Bahamas ruled on Monday.
The seven-member jury took 73 minutes to reach its unanimous verdict after coroner William Campbell had directed them to return one of three options.
He said they could decide 20-year-old Daniel Smith died of "non-dependent abuse of drugs," or by "accident or misadventure," or they could return an open verdict.
