Chelsea Clinton: August 6, 2009 Kenya (ChattahBox) - A romantic connection may have been made after a man offered forty goats and twenty cows as a dowry for the hand of Chelsea Clinton in marriage. The offer had originally been made back in 2000 to then president Bill Clinton.
