‘Samantha Who?’ Returns October 13
Christina Applegate has had a hectic summer, no doubt, which is why it’s impressive that her hit ABC sitcom Samantha Who? returns for the fall season tomorrow at 9:30pm EST. The first episode up is the sophomore season opener “So I Think I Can Dance,” which, as the title clearly hints, is a spin on all of those ridiculously popular dance shows that keep popping up like rabid bunnies.

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - It takes Christina Applegate approximately 45 seconds in the second-season premiere of ABC's "Samantha Who?" to dispel any lingering discomfort the audience might have with the star's summertime diagnosis of breast cancer and subsequent double mastectomy.
We see her Samantha character dancing in her apartment and doing a quick strip down to her bra and panties, all to a rock music beat. It's a Smart move from the show's producers and a courageous one for the star,

Christina: 'I was really afraid of people hugging me'
Christina Applegate tells Ellen DeGeneres today on her show that now, after her two lumpectomies and a double mastectomy, she's finally feel good again about hugging. Christina mentions that she's feeling "so much better" than the last time she saw Ellen. "I was afraid of people hugging me. People are really huggy at those things," she says, referring to the Stand Up To Cancer event.
"I apologize," says Ellen, "I hugged you."
