Sugababes : The Sugababes have been nominated in the best band category of this year's Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards and they need your support to take the title where they are up against the likes of Girls Aloud, The Hoosiers and McFly, head over to Nickelodeon to get the lowdown on the event which takes place in London September 13. Meanwhile more good news for The Babes is that they've also been nominated at this year's Vodafone Live Music Awards in the Best Live Tour category. This time they take on Take That, Girls Aloud and the NME Tour at the awards which are set to happen on Thursday 18 September at Carling Academy Brixton. Head over to Vodafone to cast your vote and give the girls the recognition they deserve.

The Liverpudlian pop star, 25, soaked up some last minute rays as she enjoyed the last few hours of her Miami holiday before flying home to Britain. Heidi and her older sister, make-up artist Hayley, 27, flew to Florida for a week in the sun in between Sugababes festival gigs and studio time.
