Foo Fighters Are Not Happy McCain Used Song “My Hero”
Hollywood (ChattahBox) - The Foo Fighters have come out and attacked Republican presidential candidate John McCain for using their song “My Hero” during rallies.
The Foo Fighters have stated that McCain has been using their song without their permission.
This is not the first time McCain has ran into some serious trouble, as Jackson Browne sued McCain for using the song “Running on Empty” without permission.
The band put out a statement saying, “The saddest thing about this
AND THEN THERE WAS SILENCE: AS FOO FIGHTERS SAY NO TO USE OF THEIR MUSIC BY MCCAIN, CAN HEIDI MONTAG SAVE THE DAY?
A while back McCain’s camp received negative press when it kept using Heart’s Barracuda song even after the group very publicly asked them not to. Now, because they will never learn, they have gone ahead and pissed off another group whose song they are using without authorization.
The Foo Fighters have released the following statement over the use of their song ‘My Hero.”:

Foo Fighters blast McCain use of "My Hero"
NEW YORK (Billboard) - The Foo Fighters have blasted the campaign of Republican presidential candidate John McCain for using the band's song "My Hero" at rallies without its permission.
Previously, Jackson Browne filed suit against the McCain campaign for using his song "Running on Empty" without consent.
"It's frustrating and infuriating that someone who claims to speak for the American people would repeatedly show such little respect for creativity and intellectual property," the band said
The Foo Fighters Would Like John McCain to Stop Comparing Himself to Kurt Cobain
Poor GOP—it just can't nail down a campaign song. John Mellencamp and Jackson Browne both told McCain to stop using their songs, then Heart slapped the Republicans with a cease and desist order for the unauthorized use of "Barracuda" to describe the Pitbull in Lipstick. Now the Foo Fighters would like John McCain to stop comparing himself to Kurt Cobain. True, they were both beautiful in their twenties, and one is dead and the other will probably be dead in a few years. That is where t

The Foo Fighters aren’t too happy with John McCain. They’re denouncing the Republican candidate for using their song “My Hero” as part of his campaign. The band says McCain has been “perverting the song” by using it without their permission.

Foo Fighters Get Their Knickers In A Twist Over John McCain
We'd be honoured to have John McCain use any of of our songs - like Look At My Stubby Little Arms or Eghhh (EGHHH) - in his election campaign.
But sadly John McCain isn't having any of it. Instead, he'd rather use My Hero by Foo Fighters which - while probably a better election song that Eghhh (EGHHH) because it doesn't have a seven-minute death-jazz intermission played on a contraceptive diaphragm - has annoyed Foo Fighters no end.
John McCain's use of My Hero has enraged Foo Fighters so much that they'v
