Oliver Stone: Vanity Fair has gotten their hands on the first look of Bush's entire cabinet circa 2003 from Oliver Stone's upcoming Presidential biopic, "W." From left to right we have Jeffrey Wright as former Secretary of State General Colin Powell, Toby Jones as snake in the grass Karl Rove, Dennis Boutsikaris as then-Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Dreyfuss as VP Dick Cheney and, of course, Josh Brolin as the decider, George W. Bush.

After that we have Thandie Newton as then-Deputy Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice (what the fuck did they do to her eyes?), Rob Corddry as the White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer, Bruce McGill as then-Director of Central Intelligence George Tenet and Scott Glenn as Donald Rumsfeld (the only actor that doesn't really look the part; at least not in this photo).

VF reminds us that Robert Duvall turned down the role of Dick Cheney and apparently a lot of Hollywood actors wouldn't touch this one with a 30-ft pole including, at least initially, Josh Brolin who was pretty skeptical before he met with Stone.

Here ya go folks. The full presidential staff of Oliver Stone ‘W’. Good lord its scary how much these actors look like the actual people! The movie looks like it is going to be very good. EXCLUSIVE: ‘W.’ Photo Reveals Bush’s Wild Side
By and large I love me some Oliver Stone. I will defend just about all of his work except for “Alexander”. But even I am not sure what to make of his take on the life and times of George W. Bush. “W.” opens in just over a month and each glimpse me leaves me simultaneously intrigued and skeptical. Will Oliver pull off something special? Your guess is as good as mine. In the meantime, here’s an exclusive image.

'W.' trailer: Can his expose of George W. Bush get Oliver Stone back in the Oscars derby?
Oliver Stone's newest film, "W.," about the life of the current U.S. commander in chief could well put the three-time Oscar winner back in the derby. As you will see from the trailer, Josh Brolin eerily embodies George W. Bush, just as his father, James, bore a strong resemblance to President Ronald Reagan when he portrayed him in a 2003 TV miniseries. Oscar winners Richard Dreyfuss as Vice President Dick Cheney and Ellen Burstyn as Barbara Bush lend support as do Oscar nominee James Cromwell as Preside

Oliver Stone to trace George W. Bush's path from 'alcoholic bum' to president in controversial new biopic
Director Oliver Stone is set to make his most controversial film yet - a biopic of U.S. President George W. Bush. The liberal film-maker, who caused a storm with his study of John F Kennedy's assassination in JFK in 1991, and also upset many Americans four years later with his verdict on Richard Nixon, titled simply Nixon, is to give his film the shortest title yet, W. An outspoken critic of Bush's policies and the war in Iraq, he has cast No Country For Old Men star Josh Brolin as the man who becom

Stone's 'W': His portrait of the president
As President Bush prepares to depart the White House, along comes a movie claiming to explain how the onetime boozing rabble-rouser got there in the first place. The movie, "W.," already is creating controversy just from its trailer, showing an inebriated young Bush driving his car onto his family's lawn and being bawled out by his father, who shouts at him, "Who do you think you are? A Kennedy? You're a Bush." Images View Larger Images

When Dubya met Laura, Oliver Stone style.

"W" Preview and Trailer
W. is headed to screens Oct. 17, 2008. It’s Oliver Stone’s story about George W. Bush, taking us through his life, struggles and triumphs, marriage to Laura, development of his faith, and the critical days leading up to his decision to invade Iraq. What do you think about this? I just keep thinking how weird it would be to have a movie made about you. I’m sure Stone will give us his version of the events, and they’ll probably be really dramatic and possibly untrue. I’d like s

George Meets Laura In This New Clip From W.
I hope that Oliver Stone produces an unbiased look at George Bush with W., and I hope this as a liberal. I genuinely want to see how a guy like George Bush became president, and maybe see the events of his life in an accurate way so I could understand him a bit better. However, I just don’t see Oliver Stone presenting what did happen in George Bush’s life, rather, I see him presenting what “probably” happened. That said, I was happy to see the clip below from W. crop up on CNN (of all places): So

Thandie Newton feared sack from Oliver Stone movie
Actress Thandie Newton feared she was going to be sacked from her role as Condoleezza Rice in Oliver Stone's upcoming George Bush biopic W. - because she took so long to get into character. The screen beauty was delighted when she first landed the part, and read every book about the US Secretary of State that she could find. But when filming on the flick started, she began to have her doubts about taking on the challenge. Newton says: "I was thinking, 'F**k, have I made a mistake?'... I was only just

Police who arrested Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright in a recent bar brawl have been accused of "aggressive" behavior, according to a new report. How Dubya Met Laura, Stone-Style
There are girls swinging on a red swingset and piles of potluck food piled high on the tables, all nestled into a wood-fence-lined back yard. According to Oliver Stone's W., this is how George W. Bush met Laura Welch -- the girl who says: "I read. I smoke. I admire." No wonder the two ended up together! The above is a clip about their meeting, which has popped up over at CNN. Now I know that the big question surrounding this film is whether people will go to see it, or ignore it, kind of like the prolifer

W. clip online
There's a clip online for W., the George Bush film from Oliver Stone starring Josh Brolin as the man who comes through some extremely rough times to lead the U.S. as the Commander in Chief. This clip shows the moment that George first meets Laura, and it seems to suggest that they were at loggerheads from the beginning. The W. clip does show Josh Brolin carrying off that Bush stagger once again, but the surprising thing is the suggestion of how Laura Bush is going to be por

Brolin, fellow film figures arrested in bar brawl
Actor Josh Brolin, in Shreveport starring in director-producer Oliver Stone's "W.", was arrested early today during a bar fight at a downtown Shreveport nightspot. According to Shreveport Police patrol report, officers were called to the Stray Cat bar in the 200 block of Travis Street just after 2 a.m. to deal with a rowdy patron. As more officers arrived, several other patrons at the bar, including Brolin and fellow actor Jeffrey Wright, 42, tried to impede the officers, the report said. In all, the
