Mario Van Peebles is whipping up an action thriller called Kerosene Cowboys, and the cast is about to be set. Shane West, Cam Gigandet and Rachael Leigh Cook are in talks to join Mario Van Peebles’s upcoming action flick “Kerosene Cowboys,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
