Eliza Dushku has animal rights peeps up in arms after revealing she hunts deer and then eats it!
The star of new Fox series Dollhouse,
Dushku displayed her bow-and-arrow skills on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
When she let slip she had been out elk hunting, the audience gasped.
"My mother called me herself and said, 'You're a liberal from New England, what the 'f' are you doing in Oklahoma shooting things?"
Dushku giggled.
As the audience and Kimmel preyed upon the Bambi-mom killer, the former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star defended herself.
"When you're in a relationship with somebody you have to, like, experience things that they do," she explained and then added, "A lot of people eat meat... and I eat what I kill."
Naturally, the thesp's Tru Calling candor angered PETA who insisted she should cease and desist bow slinging.
Dushku has not publicly responded to the animal rights org's demand.
