Talk-show host David Letterman called CBS News' Katie Couric on his "Late Show" Thursday night to address the headline-grabbing incident when John McCain skipped Letterman's show to do an interview with Couric. Letterman playfully probed Couric about how he lost McCain as a guest, saying, "I think you had something to do with it."
