blog.myspace.com - 21st Aug 2008
Barack Obama:

This special invitation is for supporters like you with artistic or design talent.
Imagine people all across the country wearing an
Obama T-shirt you designed.
Millions of Americans wear
Obama gear to show their support, and some of the designs have become symbols of the change we're working to bring to this country.
That could be your design if you enter our T-shirt contest by August 31st. On top of that, when your shirt is printed, you'll get one personally signed by
Barack.
Design the next Obama T-shirt today. With this project, we're opening up another part of our campaign that hasn't been accessible to many people in the past.
Your T-shirt entry will be displayed on our website, and the winning design will be picked by a truly democratic process -- the votes of our supporters online.
This may be your breakthrough as a designer, or it may simply be your way to show your support for this movement for change. Either way, we've made it easy for you to get started.
All the tools you need to get started are on our website, and we can't wait to see the amazing work you'll create:

Barack Obama's 'lost' brother found in Kenya
The Italian edition of Vanity Fair said that it had found George Hussein OnyangoObama living in a hut in a ramshackle town of Huruma on the outskirts of Nairobi.
MrObama, 26, the youngest of the presidential candidate's half-brothers, spoke for the first time about his life, which could not be more different than that of the Democratic contender.
"No-one knows who I am," he told the magazine, before claiming: "I live here on less than a dollar a month."
According to Italy's Vanity Fair his two metr
What's Obama doing on his birthday?
Today is Barack Obama's birthday - he turns 47. Happy Birthday!
But how is the presidential candidate celebrating his big day? Why, raising money, of course! Obama will be in Boston for a fundraiser, which is completely sold out. Obama hopes to raise over $4 million today, of which $700,000 is expected to come from Hillary Clinton supporters.
If Obama meets his goal, it would make the event the biggest fundraiser ever in the state of Massachusetts.

Limbaugh: Obama's nomination "goes back to the fact that nobody had the guts to stand up and say no to a black guy"
Rush Limbaugh said that "it is striking how unqualified [Sen. Barack]Obama is and, and how this whole thing came about with, within the Democrat Party. I think it really goes back to the fact that nobody had the guts to stand up and say no to a black guy."Limbaugh went on to say: "I think this is a classic illustration here where affirmative action has reared its ugly head against them.

Michael Moore: OBAMA-KENNEDY is the winning ticket
Michael Moore has a VP Suggestion for Caroline Kennedy: Caroline Kennedy
Via his official blog, director Michael Moore just sent an open letter to Caroline Kennedy, the head of Barack Obama's VP search committee, offering up his suggestion for the right VP candidate. Turns out Michael is not interested in any of the current choices! As he puts it:
"The media is reporting that Senator Obama has narrowed his alternatives to three men: Joe Biden, Evan Bayh and Tim Kaine. They're all decent fellows, but
The Green Picture: Ryan Reynolds’ Obama-Hybrid
Handsome and funny…is actor Ryan Reynolds. (That was like a Yoda sentence.) Now, I can add smart and democratic to describe this Hollywood A-lister. He was photographed in Beverly Hills with his Prius Hybrid which is modeling an Obama bumber sticker on its ass. That’s one hot eco-badonkadonk!
Paris fights back, and is pretty witty doing it...check out the video!!
Thanks to John McCain, Paris Hilton realizes that she's, like, totally ready to lead!
The seemingly oblivious heiress has taped a response, posted on FunnyOrDie.com, to the new McCain ad comparing Barack Obama to paparazzi magnets like Paris and Britney Spears.
And, well...it's pretty funny.
In the video, Paris introduces herself as a celebrity—like McCain, who's "old enough to remember when dancing was a sin."
"I'm a celebrity, too. Only I'm not from the olden days, and I'm not promising change like
Scarlett Johansson embarrassed by Obama emails
"It seemed to me to be like a product of extreme sexism, and I kept thinking to myself, 'God, if this was just, like, Kal Penn or George Clooney or any of the other (Obama) surrogates or supporters ... there wouldn't be (any) question about it. Nobody would even talk about it," she said.
Aww poor Scarlett. I can think of many other things to be embarrassed about. E-mails, between yourself and the first black presidential contender is not something to sneeze at. I would be honored. Wake up girl. What are

Joss to sing for Barack Obama
BRITISH soul star Joss Stone is writing a song backing Barack Obama’s bid to be US president.
Fan Mr Obama, 47, has asked the 21-year-old singer to record a one-off track as the theme to his election campaign.
Devon-born Joss is currently in the studio getting the song ready for November’s election battle with Republican senator John McCain.
Democrat candidate Mr Obama approached her personally because he was impressed by her appeal to both black and white voters in America.

Edwards Admits Sexual Affair; Lied as Presidential Candidate
Holy crap! according to abc news " John Edwards repeatedly lied during his Presidential campaign about an extramarital affair with a novice filmmaker"
I think this makes it pretty clear we're not going to see Edwards as a VP candidate next month - or probably ever on the ticket ever again.
ABC continues: "In an interview for broadcast tonight on Nightline, Edwards told ABC News correspondent Bob Woodruff he did have an affair with 44-year old Rielle Hunter, but said that he did not love her."

Scarlett Johansson Delays Wedding Until Presidential Race Is Over

Roseanne Blasts Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt as "Evil, Vacuous"
Roseanne isn't a fan of Brad and Angie.
In a post titled "Jon Voight" on her Web site, she slams the celeb couple.
"Your evil spawn Angelina Jolie and her vacuous hubby Brad Pitt make about $40 million a year in violent, psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children, trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more," Roseanne writes.
She also attacks the actress for recen
Musician Randy Newman likens McCain to Hitler
Whoa! Maybe this is a reflection of the low circulation of Blender magazine, but somehow Randy Newman seems to have gotten away with comparing Republican presidential nominee John McCain with Adolf Hitler!
In a recent Blender piece on Barack Obama's and McCain's musical tastes, musician/composer/songwriter Randy Newman and mash-up DJ Girl Talk were asked to comment and analyze what the presidential candidates' top 10 picks said about them.
Most of the interview seems innocuous enough, with Newman dro
