LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Country singer Mindy McCready will surrender to Tennessee authorities on Tuesday to begin serving a 60-day jail sentence for violating probation on a previous drug-related charge, her lawyer said.
"Once she's done with that time, Mindy has met all of her obligations under her probation sentence," Attorney Lee Ofman told Reuters on Monday. "We worked very hard to get her a deal, so we didn't have to have a probation violation."
