America's Next Top Model Designer Anand Jon sentenced to 59 years for rape
Fashion designer Anand Jon, probably best known for appearing on America's Next Top Model, has been sentenced to 59 years to life for rape. Judge David Wesley denied Anand's motion for a new trial, stating that there were no new grounds for such a motion. Following emotional victim statements delivered by three of the women the designer was convicted last November of sexually assaulting, Wesley imposed sentence.
