Miller's Spirit Disappoints
Ever since I saw early footage of Frank Miller's The Spirit at Comic-Con, I've been underwhelmed by the materials on the movie, which I haven't had a chance to see. Justin Chang delivers a pan. Miller may work best with directors like Zack Snyder and Robert Rodriguez who are executing his vision. Miller has been writing a follow-up for Snyder to 300.
