Abigail Breslin will star opposite Cameron Diaz and Alec Baldwin in New Line Cinema's upcoming drama, My Sister's Keeper. Elle Fanning had been in negotiations to play the part, with her sister, Dakota, in talks to play her older sister, but the Fannings' deal fell apart and Breslin landed the role. Nick Cassavetes (Alpha Dog) is attached to direct the film adaptation of the heartbreaking novel by Jodi Picoult.
